“I just want to thank Lyndzee and her team for the great customer service I received at the Saratoga location. I had accidentally purchased 2 50lb bags of dog food online and my pup decided she didn't like it anymore. I had 1 bag still in the shipping box. When I returned it I was told their return policy is 30 days. Well this was 60 or more days out. They not only allowed me to return it for some dog treats they also gifted me a small bag of their brand (4health) of puppy food to try. Which my dog loves, so we will be back. They went above and beyond. Thank you again for your help and kindness in this matter. I highly recommend shopping at Tractor Supply.”

“If you're in Sandy you might see a Harbor of freight and tools. It's not the coast or a real harbor where ships might unload their freight or maybe an odd sailboat or motorcraft docked at a pier or wharf. This Harbor is different though. It's loaded with all sorts of freight and tools for constructing just about anything your heart desires. "You'd better be there tomorrow, and no ifs, ands, or buts about it". "Why", you say? "Why not", I say! "Go get a deal on some decent tools", I say. There are deals without a SALE goin' down there. So get your BUTT in the car, and shake your Booty to the groovy vibes of great savings.”

“I recently went to Tanner Glass to get a replacement towel bar that had broken in my 2.5 year old new construction home. I was outside my warranty and clearly expected to pay, but they gave me the part at no cost! I was amazed! Great customer service like this is so hard to find these days!”

“Carry A/C capacitors that usually only supply houses have where you need to carry a contractors account. I have those, but still on a Sunday, I was able to get my A/C fixed! Drove from Spanish Fork to do it. It's still cheaper than calling an AC guy. All stores need to do this.”
“I recently visited Home Depot to pick up a replacement set of mirror closet doors after unfortunately breaking one from my first delivery. I have to give a huge shoutout to Jack, an outstanding employee who went above and beyond to help me.
From the moment I arrived, Jack was incredibly helpful and made sure I didn't feel like a burden. He assisted me in getting the new set of closet doors into my car, which was no easy task given their size. When we realized it was a tight fit, Jack came up with the brilliant idea to open the packaging and remove some packing material. This creative solution allowed the doors to fit perfectly in my car.
I had never shopped at this Home Depot location before, but thanks to Jack and his exceptional customer service, I can confidently say they truly care about their customers. Jack's support and dedication made a potentially stressful situation so much easier for me. Thank you, Jack, for your outstanding help and for making my shopping experience such a positive one!”
