The YouTube video was very helpful in installing and buying the right battery. Link in the description was all I needed to find the correct item. We just needed the ADT for cover for an alarm we got about 2 years ago. Called ADT, and after and hour and a half, they were unable to help, tried to upsell us, and were kind of rude. Asked for a call back from a supervisor, and of course, no returned call. I def recommend Zions and will do business with them again. Great customer service!

I received my purchased in a timely manner. The fit was good however it didn’t resolve the issue. My keypad still reads that my battery is missing or low. So I don’t know what to do at this point other than contact my carrier. Which is not the fault of this company. Thank you for such prompt service.
