We have always received the best service at the American Fork Zions. Huge thanks specifically to Trevor Edwards at the American Fork branch. He was so friendly, efficient and kind. We came in often for awhile and were greeted warmly each time. He made our visit easy and he even helped my Mom up and helped her to the door. Thank you Trevor and all the amazing American Fork crew!

Wow! I just accompanied my elderly parents to take care of some account business at two banks. The same request at another bank took a lot longer and was more confusing. Thanks for the fast, friendly, competent, and reliable service, Trevor!

This branch is such a disappointment to a bank that I have been with since I was old enough to work. We were having troubles with some wire transfers from some of our businesses. When I went in to resolve the issues the manager at this location was so condescending, rude, and childish. I couldn’t believe how he was treating me as a customer. Take your business elsewhere where! It’s been a night and day difference how other banks have treated us as our company does a lot of transactions. If you’re a business owner stay far away from this place!

I had a great experience here! It's so hard to get foreign currency in Utah Valley, who knew?? They said that other banks actually order Euros from them all the time! I had to race another customer who had called in for the same amount because they only get so much in at a time so keep that in mind and plan ahead. Carmen at this branch is such a joy to talk to and felt like an old friend. She processed close to the max daily amount ($1000usd) for me minus a very reasonable $10 fee for a non-member. Carmen then took down my number so she can call me when they get more Euros in so I can buy more for my trip. I'm glad they allow non-Members because Wells Fargo requires a membership to order foreign currency and I'm with a local credit union who can't do that for me. Thank you so much! You guys were so helpful on the phone and in person!
