The managers are complete imbeciles, HR is a complete joke. To the actual leaders above these jokers get ahold of them and FIRE THEM!! They are horrible to their employees and terminate people for no reason. To the person that reads this before it’s uploaded, you as well need to be better and listen. To Porter who works here don’t worry one day we will run paths.

This location is run by people that will fire employees for getting hurt off the job. If you break a hand, arm, elbow, you won't be allowed to keep your job.
The new store manager is a pansy and refuses to do the right thing for the employees. They think you must have two functional arms to work there, even if the job description doesn't require having two arms.
Time to have an employment lawyer look into why this location hates less-abled people and won't stand up for their injured employees.

I came in today to talk to the tire service about getting some tires for my tesla. Before coming to this store I visited your website where I learned about the different types of tires you sell that are compatible with my vehicle. Upon arrival the team told me “Is that your Tesla out there?” I told them yes and they abruptly told me they don’t carry anything for my type of car in a very short tone. I told them I was able to find some on the website and they continued to tell me all about how they don’t offer anything for tesla drivers. Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. I would never recommend this team for anybody whether you have an electric car or not. They don’t have any respect for any type of driver and it shows plain as day.

Priority for non drivers is wild we are delivering to your customers either let us shop for the items or don't offer pick up. I've been here for two hours with no compensation for waiting makes me never want to touch spark again. Managers do better

I got sick and they gave me four points because I didn’t have protected paid time off I had to quit my job because of that and then learned my cousin got fired for not stacking things fast enough Walmart is a horrible employer I will never work for Walmart. I will only shop at Walmart.

The worst customer experience possible. I placed an order from this store and the delivery person delivered it somewhere else. The delivery person could not operate the elevator and said “ this is too much. I’m going to leave it by the elevator”. I went to the place he mentioned with 2 mins to check if the order was there and it wasn’t. He just clicked a picture of the bags and marked the order as complete.
I contacted support team immediately- his name was Ali and he said that he would escalate it. He informed that the team would review and get back to me. After a few days, I followed up again. Same response- that the team will get back. I ended up contacting the support 4 times and complaining on the same issue. The agent I called even told me that I should have received an email from the team long back about the refund. It’s ridiculous to even think that I would follow up with no reason if I had received an email.
The team finally got back to me with a message that states “Our records show that this package was delivered to the correct address by the carrier with photo on file. We are unable to issue a refund or replacement due to this. Please contact your financial institution and dispute the charge or make a claim with the carrier”
This is the most HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. the order was a huge amount and Walmart is not ready to take the blame. No customer should go through such pain of following up 4 times and receiving no solution. The fact that Walmart can’t own up to their own mistakes is insane. It also has the worst customer service. Nobody has any solutions- they just give a constant answer that the team will review and get back.
This has been the most painful experience and I would never do delivery from Walmart again.

This is the worse Wal-Mart around they never stock empty shelves and products that are out for like days the csm's are rude don't know nothing the mangers sit and talk to each other instead if helping when a customer needs help the owner of this store really needs to due a major over haul of the store and needs new management and the shelves need to be stocked daily instead of waiting weeks or days for products that are out and the cart boys are rude and hit vehicle's with carts put their feet up on motorized carts when bringing them in sonetimes ive seen them racing each other. It is very unperfessional. Still the same workers are rude.

I’m very disappointed in Walmart grocery pick up taking an hour and a half to bring us out our order. Several cars pulled up after us and were taken care of before we were.

i love to shop here at walmart but these employees are not it. I went in today at like 10 pm and was harassed by the workers! they saw my pay and scan every item and once we were leaving the “security of walmart” started following us and chased us down to check our receipt because she thought we stole stuff! after another employee had watched us scan everything in our cart. i’m so disappointed and feel so disrespected because she only did it to us and called us out in front of everyone. once she saw my receipt and saw i scanned it all she was like oh okay you’re good to go she didn’t even give us an explanation and we didn’t hear her say sorry for wrongful accusing us, walmart do better! definitely will be going to another location.
