Worst experience EVER!! Dont think the woman brushed her hair for over 2 months. Gross!! Watching for bugs 2 jump on meUpdate.2 years later got stuck back with this nightmare. Verizon SUCKS! WORST COVERAGE (can't even get decent coverage in my home) AND STUPID EXPENSIVE. and the cute part is they lie about everything.DON'T CURSE YOURSELF WITH VERIZON!!!!!

ZERO STARS! Terrible help, terrible service. It's better to call in than go to this dealer. They are all about there store, not Verizon. You can have verizon chat live telling you to go to the store right there showing these people what Verizon chat is asking/allowing and they still tell you they cannot do anything the dealer asks of them. They should take down the Verizon name here, because they don't listen to Verizon, they will only say that Verizon shouldn't have told me that. And to call them back, why I am in the store on the live chat with Verizon. They don't care, they even looked at the writings saying we can't do that... Hello. Words in print from Verizon, but Wow, lets just ignore what is being asked from the corporate business. A total disappointment of a store. It's easier to call and order a phone, replace a phone, get accessories or anything else and have it sent directly to you from an agent who really cares. Not people who care only about themselves and their comissions. The right thing to do is to help customers not turn them away because you make no money on the sale.

Just got my new phone tonight and Carter was the one to help me. He was very nice and made great conversation. The process was easy and I had no issues. I would definitely come back again.

I wish I could do 0 stars. Beware of this store. I got new phones and took my trade in phones here to be sent back. They sent one back but lost the other one and I keep getting told they are fixing it but now 3 months later its still not fixed and they keep saying they sent the form in. DO NOT go to this store, they will lie to you and when they screw up they will not take ownership and get it fixed. Now I am stuck paying for their mistake. I have wasted countless hours on the phone trying to get this fixed. I wish I could send them a bill for all my wasted time on this.

Can I leave 0 stars please! The team there is very unprofessional starting from the managers (Gunner) to the 3 employees I worked with (Rex, Austin, third one don't remember). Basically they don't know what they are selling and their company policies. They just lie to you. Just lie and promise. They lost a customer who would've spent $3600 dollars for 3 years (that's without the phone I bought from them... another $1200) because they didn't provide the promised gift card of $200 dollars. After misleading me in the total of my monthly bill (never mentioned all fees and taxes which is another $18), then also not mentioning never through the whole process that the value for my trade in comes in the form of 36 payments and can not be just applied towards the new phone outright, and then on top promising the $200 gift card for my switch over from TMobile...So, going back to TMobile!BUT AGIAN when I asked them what do I need to switch back to TMobile they FORGOT to mention of course that my device is locked for 60 days AS PER THEIR POLICIES... which they just don't know and don't follow!Good job guys, keep up the great work... I'm switching to TMobile next week since the girl on the phone from Verizon at least gave me an exception and the phone will be unlocked in 3 business days!

We have had an issue for over a year and a half, we have gone to several Verizon stores and no one has resolved the issue like they say they will. This particular time we went in and waited over 2 hours for our turn. The woman who greeted us at the door was super unhelpful and did not tell us we would need our I.D. to be helped before we waited 2 hours. Once it was our turn they refused to help us and we left. Such a massive waste of time and incompetent staff. Do better.

If there was a negative or no star to be given... this place takes the punch... told me we had to spend money on a new upgrade? How does that happen, plus 3 of 4 employees that worked there are no help at all, still need a lot of training, but the last associate who helped us was great, but not only did all handle our account: which let our account to be in fraudulent. They gave us the reassurance it will be resolved in 24-48 hours, now at week 2 still trying to clear up the mess they made. Worst Verizon isn't too helpful as much also. But avoid this place and go to another place...

I would give this store zero stars if possible! I have 6 lines with Verizon and I have been a customer with them for YEARS AND YEARS! I came in looking for help with any options I might have and the staff was completely incompetent! They didn’t care to help and we’re more worried about huddling in a group with each other then helping me. They are unmotivated and have zero people skills! Carter specifically was no help! Won’t come back to this store!

My Wife went in to fix my Daughter’s phone and they went for the upsell with their Home internet package. The guy was persistent which is fine so my Wife called me for my input.I got on the phone with that Rep and listened to his pitch. I then asked specific questions and he was no longer confident about the product. He then offered me a $45 credit just to try it out whether we kept it or not so I said OK.My Wife returned the modem within 2 weeks because the internet service was terrible. We got charged $69 for “Trying it out” on our bill and there was no $45 credit.We called Customer Service and was on the phone with them for over an hour. End results are I have to pay a month of service and then they’ll credit that month of service onto my next bill. Also, I don’t get $45 for trying it out.Moral of the Review…Their Reps are Liars and don’t make any adjustments to your plan if you don’t need to.

Went there to get new sim cards and waited for over 15 min to get someone and waited another 15 min for them to so their procedure. In the end they didn't transfer everything and my card was not working and was unable to receive phonecalls. I went back there and they said it was the fault of the other provider and that there was nothing they could do to help. We ended up calling someone else in Verizon and they fixed the problem apparently they couldn't transfer the voicemail and once they overided that it started working. I understand that sometimes we have to wait but I don't like being pushed around and lied to. They can do a better job.

Terrible customer service. The guy at the door told me I had to spend $1000 to get an upgrade even though my plan tells me I have a free upgrade. I have been with Verizon for 15 years and I've always just gone in and paid the taxes and fees and gotten a new phone kind of ridiculous.
