I drove 40 minutes to this store expecting to get a professional fitting experience. The sales person pointed to the wall and said we have lots of great shoes. I asked him twice if he wanted to look at my feet so that he could make a recommendation and twice he ignored me and just pointed to the wall as if I was supposed to know the construction of each shoe and how it would match against my foot. A complete waste of time and we walked out of there empty handed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They don’t make commission but were very attentive and helpful in allowing me to find my best fit shoe. They also have a specialized shoe fitting machine

The sales people were friendly and helpful, but the shoes they sold us fell apart after 2 months with light to moderate use. We expected $70 kids running shoes would hold up a lot better. Manager would not issue a refund.

Stopped in for the first time today with lots of questions and Kaden was absolutely wonderful! He was patient and informative, answering all my random inquiries and even laughed at some of my bad jokes ;) Thanks for all your help! Will definitely be back!

We stopped by just to try on two different pairs of running shoes and after waiting 15 min we finally asked the first employee we saw to get a size for us and she said “someone will come help you soon”. We waited for 20+ minutes and no one came to help. Not very professional we’ll get our running shoes somewhere else

Wow! First time in this store because I’m running my first half marathon and Amy was so helpful! She gave me some great advice and knowledge and was not pushy at all! I ended up buying new shoes, socks and some fuel to try. She clearly explained the return policy and was very friendly! I would definitely recommend this store and seeing Amy if you need anything running gear!

Had exactly what I needed! The staff were friendly, and overly kind in every way. I don't think I could find nicer customer service in the nation. And the shoe collection is perfect for people who run and for people with unusual shoe sizes. I myself wear Double Extra wide, and I was easily able to find shoes that fit. They care about their customers, and make sure you are aware of exactly what you are getting. They even have treadmills to test out your shoes. The icing on the cake is that if the shoes don't work for you within 30 days, you can return them for full refund or in-store credit, depending on condition. The only problem is that it's understaffed sometimes, although I imagine it's hard to find people that friendly.

UPDATE***I didn’t even check previous reviews before submitting this but then after checking it, I realize that others have felt this way recently as well. It may be something to really consider if you don’t want to be belittled for not knowing enough about running shoes.***I’ve shopped here in the past and have had no issues but it seems to be an elitist store. You better know exactly what you want or get treated with a rude attitude. I sent my daughter to come here this afternoon (12/8/2023) because it’s exclusive for running shoes. My daughter is a recent graduate and new to the workforce and never thought about the importance of footwear. Shes a newly healthcare worker and is on her feet 9+ hours a shift, constantly fast pacing it and lifting patients, etc. I had hoped these people could help.Outside of the building, there’s a sign that says they are limited on what Hoka brand shoes they carry. My daughter has no clue what shoes are good or bad and it was me that referred her to Hokas. When she asked the woman if they carried Clifton 9s in Women’s, The woman responded with a sarcastic and rude “Uh, yeah!?” As if everyone in the world should know they carry Clifton 9s or what a Clifton 9 even is. My daughter doesn’t even know what a Clifton 9 really is because I am the one that told her about it.The woman Brought her a pair of Cliftons to try on, because my daughter wasn’t sure which color or pair she really wanted. Her employer requires her to have a non-bright color shoe for their uniform. So after she decided that they were comfortable, she asked what colors they have in stock And the woman rudely asked “ What is it you even want?” My daughter said if you have the ones that are solid white That would be good (Remember, my daughter has no idea what Hokas even are or their popularity and It was me that told her that she may like them Because they are comfortable). The woman then responded, pretty rudely telling my daughter “ You’re never going to find that pair. It is sold out everywhere…good luck finding it”.My daughter felt pretty stupid about it and texted me. She decided to leave because she didn’t feel very welcome in there because she didn’t know enough about shoes. I would think that’s why people go to specialty running stores to find more about specific shoes. Luckily, we looked at some bigger, retail stores online stock, and found a pair of Hokas that would fit with her color requirements for work And she was able to pick them up at a store in American Fork.Like I said, I’ve been here before, and I’ve purchased things with no problem, but I’ve always felt like you really need to know everything you want before going in or be one of their friends to be treated respectfully. Luckily, it was a good experience for my daughter to See that not everywhere is a happy go lucky place and there are people that will be disrespectful to you for no reason.I’ve now decided to take my business elsewhere as well and I’m sure I won’t be missed. It’s a good store for options and brands but just have more knowledge in what you want before going in I guess. Thanks for helping me in the past UtahRUN!Happy running!!!

I really like the Hoka brand shoes, specifically the Bondi 8, which comes in 4E width. I don't live in Utah, we come here to visit family. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I had the best experience finding new running shoes. mCat was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time helping me through options, foot scan, and explaining the benefits of each shoe. I won't go anywhere else now for my next pair. Visit Utah RUN!
