The great news is, they are open on Sundays. The woman at the register did not greet me on entering, but instead kept her head down, leisurely finishing her job, walking to the back to put a box away, and then finally came back to help me. I was the only customer in the store.

I’ve always had good experiences at this store, but want to take the time to leave a review and specifically shout out Jen who helped me with two returns today. She was professional and kind and I really appreciated it!

Most unproductive experience I’ve had. Tried to make an Amazon return and the employee working was unhelpful. I had to wait in line 3 times due to lack of communication with my order. I don’t recommend this location, it’s a joke.

Get more employees, spent 40 mins trying to get 3 sheets of paper.

Terrible service, always takes a long time to drop off your package or return. They are short staffed and the employees are undertrained. Always frustrating every time I walk in

There were 2 employees working but both at the same register. 1 employee doing 90% of the work and the other one was standing there and occasionally moving boxes. The line was half an hour long. Why can’t each employee run 1 register? This is probably the worst UPS experience I’ve ever had.

There is always such a long wait at this one. I came 20 minutes early knowing that today and I still waited a half hour even though I was second in line and was late to my appointment after. To only have one person helping at the desk and people leaving the store from the line is an obvious sign they need more help.

I use these guys primarily for Amazon return drop offs and they handle those very well. The minimal shipping I’ve done with them has also been a good experience. I rarely have to wait for longer than 5 minutes and the majority of the time, there’s no wait at all.

They charge to print a prepaid return label for any return. Would avoid this location.

I wanted to share my excellent experience at this UPS store, mainly because of Caleb's exceptional service. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making my shipping process smooth and hassle-free. Caleb's friendly demeanor and willingness to assist really stood out. The store itself is well-maintained and stocked with everything needed for shipping needs. Overall, I highly recommend this UPS location, especially with Caleb's outstanding service.

I have used this location many times for years. Today, I went in to drop off some Amazon returns, as I often do. There was a line of 4 people for the self- serve Amazon return station. There were ZERO other customers for the staff to help at the desk. So I walked up to the employee to ask if he would take my Amazon returns for me. He told me I had to use the self- serve station for Amazon returns. I told him I understood that but there was a line there, and he didn't have anyone to help. He told me it was a new policy that he could not help me. I was baffled and said, "it's a policy not to help a customer?". He confirmed yes, it was a policy not to help with Amazon returns. I'm sure my mouth was dropped open and eyes wide. I said again, "you're telling me that it is your policy NOT to offer customer service when you are entirely available to do so?!" He told me yes again. I couldn't believe it. So I stood in the long line of customers to wait to do my return. A lady entered only moments after my exchange and had a near identical conversation with the same employee. She was also astounded. All the while, another employee kept making trips out to the Amazon station to fill up an empty box with package dropped into the station, to take them to the back. He did that 3 times. Don't you think it would be more efficient (AND HELPFUL) to offer to help those customers with their returns??!
TO THE STORE MANAGER/OWNER-- You either need to retrain your misinformed or unhelpful employee that offering customer service should not be off limits, OR ..... get real about your policy in a business like this.
Absolutely intolerable.
My review 3 or 4 weeks ago would've been different because I haven't had such negative issues until this today. Looking through other recent reviews.....what is going on? I haven't had this kind of problem with PG or Lehi locations. Get it together.

I have used this place for years and have never had any issues until today. I am sure your store processes a lot of Amazon returns and might even be sick of them, but your customer needs help with a regular UPS package and an Amazon return. Is it really asking too much to have your employee help with both. Instead of help, what I got was pure attitude the moment I walked in the door. Based on other reviews, it seems like there is a problem, but this employee continues to treat your customers like garbage because she is not happy with her job description. Went back today and now they have signs saying you have to use the self service. Avoid UPS. Hopefully Amazon will pull their account and give it to a company who actually offers customer service

This UPS store is so frustrating. The lines are usually long, employees often engaged in other tasks and not helping customers. The employees say they are not allowed to help customers with Amazon returns, you must use the kiosk thing. Recently, it wasn’t giving receipts, but the employees still said they couldn’t help make an Amazon return. There were 3 customers needing to do returns and they wouldn’t help us. I left to go to the Lehi store, where I was helped quickly and cheerfully. Lehi also had a self serve kiosk, but it was an option for customers, not a requirement. I think the AF store needs to rethink this.

This is the most unhelpful UPS store out of all of them in the area. Most of the employees are not very friendly or helpful, but today I was helped by Jenn who was outright rude and unhelpful. There was a long line at the self-serve kiosk and she refused to help me with my quick Amazon return of 1 item, saying I’d have to wait in the long line for the self serve kiosk — even though she wasn’t helping anyone else. You should never refuse to help a customer if they ask for your help, especially if you’re not busy at the time.

Came in around 2:30pm on 4/29/24. I’ve gone to this location for years; normally a great spot. This location got a new self-scanning area a couple months ago for Amazon returns.
I came into the store and there were no other customers and two employees standing at the desk.
The male employee was kind and was about to begin scanning my returns, when the female employee promptly stopped him and told me I’d need to self-scan my returns. She was very rude.
I understand having this system in place to alleviate long lines…much like they have self-checkout at the grocery store. But when you are an employee paid to process customer returns and have no other customers in the store…good customer service points to treating the customer respectfully and doing the job you were hired to do.
