“I was having an issue with my vehicle and they came out and took one look underneath and immediately spotted the issue. They told me exactly what I needed to do to fix it, which was just to replace a nut that had fallen off. The replacement nut cost me $1.15 and no towing was needed. They saved me hundreds of dollars by not having to tow and get the issue diagnosed/fixed at a shop. Obviously not every issue is a quick simple fix like that, but that's the kind of customer service that earns my business if I ever have another towing need!”

“Curt’s just provided the best (literally the best) towing experience I’ve ever had. They answered with a cell phone, gave me a solid quote, I asked if I could send a pin to the same number that I’d called, and he said “of course!” I sent the pin, he acknowledged receipt, said he’d send the right kind of truck (we needed a Sprinter Van transported), was on time (actually 5 minutes early) to pickup vehicle, driver was super respectful and nice, honored the quote, didn’t get weird about paying before drop off at location, sent me a payment link a couple hours later. Best experience of any towing company ever!”
