I love ThermoWorks! I own the Signals, Billows and Thermopen. The customer service is top notch! They actually answer the Phone! Very rare these daysI had an issue with the billows and it was over a year old. I fully expected to be told it out of Warranty need to buy a new one. But, not only did they replace it they asked when do you need it. I said this weekend I’m doing a Christmas cook and they said no problem we will overnight the replacement. I’m blown away. I will be a customer for life.

They repaired my 5 year old smoke that would not sync with the receiver. Great people who care about what they do. Professional, courteous, fast response and turn around. I would recomend any thing they sell. Love my thermopen too!

My gifted Thermapen stopped turning on reliably. I was frustrated until I called the customer service line. The guy on the line was well educated - actually an engineering student - speaking my language we deduced that a bitter flavor coating recently added to batteries (so kids will find them unpleasant to eat) needed to be removed. While we talked I removed the recently installed batteries from my thermapen, wiped them down with some Hydroflouric acid and water (you can use finger nail polish remover) and after reinserting them my thermapen works great. Such a friendly customer service department. I'll buy their products forever.

This company is amazing! Their staff is so kind and willing to help with any and all of your needs. Shawna helped me in the shop to buy my thermopen one. She is the absolute definition of amazing customer service!Not only that, but their products are amazing! I use them all the time at work and at home with my smoker. 10 out of 10 would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Have been using Thermoworks gear for over a decade now. My Thermapen Classic died after a decade, and Thermapen walked me through how to fix it over the phone (taking it apart and cleaning some resistors). They said if that wouldn't fix it, they'd get me a 15% off coupon for a new one. This was a DECADE old! My mother in law has been using it for a year now. Bought a Thermapen ONE a year ago, and it threw an error they didn't know about. They sent me a mailing label for free, and it got there in 3 days completely cross-country. All with no questions asked. I feel terrible that they have such spotty reviews on here, but my friends, family and I have had had a great experience with their products and support.

Recently, I had an issue with my thermapen. I contacted customer support, and within the hour (on a Saturday), I had a plan to fix my problem. By far the best customer service I have dealt with. They made everything seamless and stress free. I am now a customer for life.

I am in love with the thermometer since my prior one crapped out. This ONE really loves up to the hype and delivers! I highly recommend it. It’s well worth the piece of mind and you really wouldn’t think it makes a difference but you have to try it to believe it.

As I was starting to get together a menu for Christmas Day I knew I wanted to make prime rib. My previous thermometer from Brookestone isn't working and is no longer serviceable because they went out of business. That is when my Uncle Steve told me about the Chef Alarm by ThermoWorks. Ordered it a week before Christmas and got it in time. Prime rib roast came out perfect! Thank you ThermoWorks!!

Thermoworks makes top of the line professional thermometers for food and other industries. No other thermometer brand is as accurate or precise in temperature readings which is crucial for all types of cooking applications. This company takes care of their customers and have a warranty to back up every product they make. I have had a few issues with products and they fixed them on the spot or completely replaced them with a new product. This HQ location is massive and has a store with all of their products.

I wanted to post a review here after a wonderful experience I had with an order I placed. I wasn't sure where else to post. The customer service here is one of the best I've experienced. And the product quality is great too. There's so many sub par products online where they skimp on quality. This company doesn't. I wouldn't buy a thermometer anywhere else.Also note: I bought the ChefAlarm. It's an awesome thermometer for general cooking needs. It will beep if the temp goes above or below your high or low limit. It comes with a probe and pot clip. It's great for candy making and turkeys. You can also buy other probes for extreme temps which are compatible.

Could not open the battery cover on the Classic Thermapen no matter how or what I tried. Item was already out of warranty but Thermoworks handled the issue in a way that exceeded my expectations. Great product, great customer service. Thank you!
