Equipment has seemed to work well in the past but this time I used a gift card for a $2 self serve wash. I ended at the $2 mark. I was charged $14.

Deluxe car washes are nice, but sometimes you don't want to pay through the nose. DIY car washes are getting really hard to find! My car was super muddy and Mister car wash turned me away because of that. This place was great. The owner was on site and gave me change. All the bays were working. And they don't turn away muddy trucks! Tips: plan ahead to have quarters. There's no change machine on site and the gas station is super busy. Also, traffic is a beast there. You won't be able to left-turn into the gas station.

Careful using a credit card. The machine is supposed to charge you $20 initially and then reimburse you the difference when you're finished. It doesn't always reimburse..

Some of the time vacuums are not working. Cleaning takes some time but charges are very high

I am incredibly angry. I went 3 times this week. One for $2.50, one for $3.00 and one for $3.50. They are coming through as 3, $20 charges and they wont answer their phone or have a machine to pick up. CROOKS. This is NOT over.

Beware. Used this wash a couple times in the last month. After stopping the wash at about $5, I found that I was charged $20 for each wash. I even took a picture of the second wash showing that I ended and was going to be charged $5.00. Couple days later, a $20 charge showed up. Scam.
