They were amazingly kind. My boyfriend hackles them asking if they’d be willing to stay long enough for me to get some pills for a chipped tooth I have. And they were kind enough to stay and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Recently switched from Walgreens to Taylor drug, it is a night and day difference. I was constantly being told by the larger chain pharmacy that they were out of stock, or my insurance wouldn't fill until the last day. Taylor has never played games like this, and has filled all my Rx's with no issues of availability or insurance. The one time I did have to fill early and the insurance was demanding another day before it would cover, the self pay cost was less than half that of Walgreens. I had no idea I was getting so messed with until I made the switch.The staff is always polite and understanding and they existed, where the chain stored were only staffed with a skeleton crew and would leave you sitting waiting for the fill for over an hour.Taylor Drug has changed my opinion on how unprofessional and unpleasant getting all our Rx's filled would be, where I previously just assumed this was just the same song as working with healthcare in general here in the U.S..Thank you Taylor Drug for showing me and my family what professionalism and genuine care for the patient looks like. I will never go back to the large chain drugstores, you have made us customers for life. Thank you for making healthcare a little more tolerable for us.

I needed a prescription Sunday night at closing, well closing was 8pm and I was on my way at 7:55. My husband called and said we were on our way and they stayed the extra time to get me my prescription and that just meant so much to me knowing that is was a Sunday night and they could have easily said we will be closed. Remembering that we are all humans and we will all go through stuff in life and extending the kindness that we would want for our loved ones to complete strangers is what this world needs more of. Thanks for being so kind and such a good pharmacy! ❤️

No idea this place existed until my doctor mentioned it at a check up. I'm so glad she did. It was a breath of fresh air walking in there. It felt like a hometown pharmacy where people cared about you. The service was fast and personable.

Drive through staffer with white frame glasses very rude and unaccommodating. I’ve been coming here for years and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Told her I had two prescriptions first time through the drive through.She didn’t want me waiting in line so she asked for a mobile and said she’d text when they were ready so I drove all the way back home.I then got a text that it was ready so I drove back here but she only had one of the two prescriptions. When I asked about the second prescription she said she didn’t have it and asked me to get out of the line.I now have to go home again figure out what’s wrong with second prescription and drive back a THIRD time to pick up.Very time consuming and staff just want to hurry you through the line and not really help you. Feels like my healthcare is equivalent to a fast food line.

Despite being informed that they had the medication I needed, they refused to fill my prescription when I arrived, citing that they were exclusively serving existing patients. This abrupt denial is disheartening, considering they had filled prescriptions for my family on numerous occasions in the past.For individuals new to the area, finding a trustworthy pharmacy is crucial. Taylor Family Pharmacy's refusal to serve newcomers in need of medication they possess reveals a lack of concern for those seeking assistance. It is disconcerting that they prioritize existing patients while neglecting the well-being of others who genuinely require their services.The fact that I was explicitly told they had the item and headed over to the pharmacy only to be turned away highlights the inconsistency and unprofessionalism of their actions. This behavior is especially disheartening considering their past track record of fulfilling prescriptions for my family. It raises questions about their commitment to providing reliable and compassionate healthcare services to all individuals in need.Considering the experience I encountered, newcomers and individuals seeking a reliable pharmacy should exercise caution before relying on Taylor Family Pharmacy. Their actions demonstrate a disregard for those in search of vital medications and undermine the trust one would expect from a healthcare provider. It is advisable to explore alternative options that prioritize the well-being of all patients, regardless of their history with the pharmacy.In preparation for Taylor Drugs response I would just like to caveat the response of "I bet I know what medication this was" seen in another review you commented on is really not an appropriate response. The condescending tone is really not appropriate when talking about vital medications people may need to function in a job or any other roll they have in life. Especially coming from a licensed pharmacy.

Taylor Drug is definitely number one of two pharmacies I've used. They know when your refill is out, and instead of having to call your doctor every time you need a refill, they take care of it for you. There's no phone calls to the doctor, then the pharmacy, and back and forth trying to get your refill taken care of. They just do all the work for you. It's much appreciated. They are also really quick. You're never there for more than 10 minutes, and that includes waiting in lines for other people to get their prescription as well! I'm am super happy with Taylor Drug and always recommend them to family, friends, neighbors, etc. Thank you Taylor Drug!

My family is very fond of this pharmacy. I have to share without saying what or by whom something very special was done for me by one of the technicians there. It was so generous that it was shocking. Thank you!
