I had an awful experience today. I had been to Ross in Orem and Spanish fork and found a ton of summer items on sale some had been marked down and some had not been but I took up to the register at the store in SF as well as Orem and they were able to check prices and they ended up being on clearance they printed the ticket for me at the register no problem but when I went to American Fork Norma was extremely rude refused to check for me and continue to argue with me telling me she couldn’t check it when I had been to multiple stores and they had no issues with it.

Sad visit 2 days ago. Checking out, the cashier was rapidly cramming clothes items items into a bag. My wife kindly asked if she could at least half-fold the items. The girl had a rude huff! Disturbing enough that my wife left all her cart full of items and walked out?
