Went in to buy a sleeping bag rated at zero degrees, and it's worked awesome. I was also told it has a lifetime warranty, which is even better. Thanks Rec outlet!

Recently visited Recreation Outlet in AF with my fiancé - we were both very impressed! The staff was great, very friendly and knowledgeable about the store products. The store manager was particularly friendly, she was fun and helped us with so many areas throughout the store. She provided great recommendations about the store products and even gave us recommendations with local hikes, camping areas, and fun spots to enjoy the fall in UT. I believe the store managers name is Alex, you will definitely want to talk with her, she's next level smart and very helpful!

I'm sad to say I used to love this store. It's now much more worth my time to avoid the American Fork store and just drive to the Salt Lake store. Selection is much better.

Most prices are the same as REI and Scheels. Store is a mess while 5 employees stand around the register and BS.

My first go to for camping and hiking. Small climbing section and lots of clothes. Best deal on camping pads I could find and when I bought one that didn't quite work they exchanged it quick and easy!
