You know I have had many car wash subscriptions across the United States from Massachusetts to California from Tennessee down to Tampa Florida and many states in between and I gotta tell ya that Mister Car Wash in American Fork Utah is by far the very best one that I have had a subscription with. The staff are always so friendly and helpful and welcoming when you come in waving and smiling making you feel very welcome. I had an accident that had occurred in the back parking lot and the general manager Nicole took time out of her lunch break to help me and looked through video footage to see if it was caught on there's surveillance camera and sure enough it was. Thank you so much Nicole and Mister Car Wash for being such a wonderful place for me to bring my car to get an amazing wash every day or if I want 10 times everyday because when y'all say unlimited y'all really mean unlimited and the Titanium deal is awesome!!! Me and my son both have had membership here for over a year now minus a couple months in between because of money issues and we love it at Mister Car Wash and we highly recommend Mister Car Wash to anybody looking for the best deal in town with a good quality wash and friendliest staff.

I love Mister. Being able to wash my car on Sunday is the best! Bonus I can dry, vacuum, and detail the interior of my car out of the sun. Also, I love the air blowers to get water out of the cracks.

The people were friendly but the vacuums are dangerously loud. My watch said 30 minutes at that volume would cause hearing damage. Take earplugs if you feel like risking your hearing.

The service at this place in American Fork was very bad, which is contrary to that in Orem and Vineyard. I am seriously considering canceling my affiliation with them.

This is great because they're rarely busy and it does a great job for most commuter type washes. I went through with my off road vehicle and found plenty left on my vehicle, but I've only found the self service washes work for that much dirt.

This is an experience from a few years ago but stay away from this location. They use to have detailing. Took my truck in and which was brand new to me for a full detail. They lost my floor mats. When I picked the truck up it was parked in an odd location, almost hiding something. Management denied it at first then said they’d look at security footage. They did and were extremely nice in offering to replace the mats. I then discovered a huge dent and asked to see the footage which they magically did not have anymore. I had no way to prove it was them. Dishonest company. Dishonest management. Stay away.

Worst Mister Car Wash EVER. I have never been to this one where my car at least looked clean. It doesn’t even look clean after going through the wash! And don’t get me started on the vacuums and air… If you’re lucky and they are actually “working,” the vacuum doesn’t suck anything up due to the lack of power (I could get a car vacuum of Temu that sucks better than their). And then the air, you’re better off not even trying to use it. HORRIBLE. Going to be canceling my membership and will probably go over to Quick Quack.

This place is a joke, first. The attendant shames you into a tip. Doesent do any thing for a $2.00 tip. Just on that I wont be back. Then they dont spray of your car first.
Then when yoi go use the.vacumes they dont work.

Thank you for having hot water & soap to wash my truck, you would be shocked how often a car wash doesn't have hot water or soap.

It’s fine. Not planning to renew my membership. Vacuums are off and on with having much suction. It seems like the wash uses hardly any soap so my car isn’t fully cleaned when it’s really dirty. I do like the indoor or outdoor vacuum options and there’s rarely any line to wash.

Don't waste your money. They don't spray your car down, pre-scrub or anything. Got out to look at my car and the whole thing looks like the photo I'm adding. Dirt marks all across it. I will just stay with Tagg N Go. They have the best service hands down and this place is just not it.
