After working with Mike for the past few years on my tax return, I was excited to return as a repeat client. However, I've been extremely disappointed in the level of service he has provided. After submitting my tax documents for 2021, I emailed him to confirm receipt and got no reply. Since it is tax season, I assumed he was busy and I gave it a week, still nothing. I emailed again, nothing. I gave him a call, no response. I texted him, ghosted. I called him again, was sent to voicemail after two rings. Now I'm scrambling to find another tax preparation service at the last minute. I would not recommend hiring him as your accountant, his service is not reliable.

Very thorough. Wants the details so the client’s needs are really met. If he doesn’t know the answer he will admit it, then get the answer before you leave his office.

We use Mike every year. He's patient, fast, and takes away the sick to my stomach feelings I usually get when I do my own taxes. We have found that we save much more using him than using Turbotax or going to in house H&R Block reps. Totally worth it!
