Rhendon was fabulous and very knowledgeable. We bought a mattress. Took it home and found a small defect. I contacted him and he immediately took care of us. We will be back to buy additional mattresses. Thank you for the excellent service!

Can I say customer service!!! Dale was so knowledgeable regarding what bed was going to work for my aging mother. I would recommend Mattress Firm in American Fork- quality products at a reasonable price.

I really enjoyed trying out the different mattresses today. My representative took the time to explain everything and let me try out different beds. I ended up even going back and buying a “purple” pillow. Can’t wait to get it. I plan on buying a mates from them soon!!!

The sad news is this review isn’t even about the mattress itself but the complete breakdown in service and communication from the company.
They promised me that my mattress would be delivered in 12 days from the day of my purchase. It felt long, especially compared to some of the other companies around town.
We read the reviews and decided it was worth the wait to get the mattress we really wanted.
Tonight, I got a phone call (that I unfortunately missed) followed by a text from them that my scheduled delivery would be tomorrow in the middle of the work day. I called back immediately. No answer. This was the first I had heard of the timing. I knew I would not be home and hoped to reschedule.
So I called the nearest store (AF)and they said they would get it rescheduled for me, no problem.
5 min later the employee called me back and said he canceled it BUT it would be ANOTHER 9 DAYS before they would deliver again! “No, no, no I said!! Please I’ll figure something out for tomorrow and move my whole schedule around.” They said there was absolutely no way they could put it back on the truck for tomorrow. Are you kidding me?! I am very upset.
It will be 21 DAYS before I receive the mattress I ordered. Unacceptable.

Service was quick we were in and out within 29 minutes. We walked in asking for their basic twin mattress for our daughters bed. They were decently priced and walked out with a mattress under $200
