Super sad. I couldn't find any one who knew anything about fabric, where it might be etc. annnnndddd it is so dark in the store you can't see a thing. It's been this way for about six months. I've shopped here for years. Just a tad frustrating. ?

I really am upset about this but I'm changing my 5 star review to a 1 and would give 0 if I could. I went to the store with my receipt and since they have a "lifetime" return policy I didn't think I would have a problem but the very unpleasant woman said she couldn't return it because it's a clearance item! The product is still on the shelf for full price! I've never been treated worse than I was today even if she had done the return I was still treated like I was annoying her by being there. Very disappointing

Good store but customer service is severely lacking. I needed an item that said there was 10 in stock. I asked if it was in the back and they said "probably, they got a truck days ago" they then made it clear they weren't willing to go look. So I stepped back and placed a pickup order on the website for those very items and magically an hour later it was ready for pickup. Sad I had to take two trips when all they had to do was send an associate to look for the item.....which they had to do anyways once I placed the order.

I highly recommend purchasing from another competitor. This store is so disorganized. Poor service all the way around. No one seems to know what is in stock and what isn't, from the manager on down. Trying to get someone to help was nearly impossible. They didn't seem interested in finding out if items totaling over $300.00 were available. I wonder if the Corporate office is aware of how they are doing business?

Nice store but customer service is lacking. We arrived approx 7:30pm. Wandered around for a bit grabbing things here and there. Came across the clearance fabric and decided to stock up on hand cut dog scarves for grooming business. Had well over 10 bolts in the cart and walked over by the cutting counter. (No line ahead of me) Immediately greeted by younger girl asking how I’d like fabric cut. I responded that I needed multiple 3/4 yd cuts from each bolt. “Eileen” (I read her name tag) was standing close by and quickly informed me that they “can’t make multiple cuts, only one cut per bolt”. When I questioned why the answer was “well, she’s my only cutter here and if we get a long line then it’ll get backed up”. I turned and looked down the empty isle behind me. Really?? She must’ve noticed the tone on my face and added “plus, if you were to return any off it it would already be cut into smaller sections making it harder to sell” seemingly grasping at straws.I could understand even if they had told me that they could cut until someone else was in line but nope. I promptly set all the fabric on the counter and walked out stunned that Eileen was willing to loose (what would’ve been) $150-$200 fabric purchase over a line of people that wasn’t even there. Hobby Lobby costs a bit more… but at least they’ll cut it for me.

Called to ask if they had something in stock. Website said to check with store because inventory was limited. Asked to wait in hold, waited 20 minutes and gave up figuring I’d try later. Called 3 other times the same day and was on hold for 20 minutes each time before giving up. It’s no wonder online retailers are putting brick and mortar out of business. You can’t have a significantly higher price AND worse customer service. Staff your store appropriately.

Have you been?? There's lots of fabrics. Lots and lots and lots. You can get lost looking. You can lose yourself in the place and lose your mind looking. It's overwhelming...looking. And then you see somebody. It's like you thought you were the only one there, lost and alone, but then WOW! You're saved! It's the checkout, and people, a cashier, you're outside now, dazed but breathing, in and out. Wait...I was in there for an hour, but it seemed like I just went in???
