I wanted a unique piece of jewelry to celebrate our fiftieth wedding anniversary, but I couldn’t find anything that felt right. Someone recommended I go to Jamestown Jewelry to get a custom piece made. I had looked at many pendant designs and decided I wanted an eternity circle in multicolored sapphires. Jim found the perfect collection of sapphires and built a model for me to visualize the finished product. The result was stunning and exceeded my expectations. The picture doesn’t do it justice, but I am very pleased with my beautiful new necklace.

It only lets me give 5 stars but I would give 500 if possible! Jamestown Jewelry is amazing. I, being the aggressive cleaner that I am and having forgotten to take off my beautiful engagement ring, bent my ring badly out of shape. I was certain I would have to take the ring in somewhere and possibly leave it for a few days until they could get to it and hopefully repair it. Literally though I walked into Jamestown Jewelry, they took the ring and quick as a hiccup had it perfectly repaired to its beautiful glory. I will never go anywhere else, they have got my business for life!!

We were so impressed with Jim and his expertise. He is a skilled jeweler and cares about his customers. The quality of his workmanship is amazing. I have never seen a ring this beautiful and am so happy with it. The quality far exceeds any other jewelry store we have visited.

Jumbo is the man!! My wife says it's the prettiest ring that she has ever seen. Jim is an expert jeweler, far exceeding any other experiences. I highly recommend him and Jamestown Jewelry.

Angela is the best! I said the words “Godzilla ring” and she said say no more. She did an amazing job creating my husbands ring and creating the bands for mine. They are not afraid of going far outside of the box and creating masterpieces.

I came to Jamestown with my fiancé to find the perfect engagement ring for her. She wanted something unique and beautiful and everywhere we looked, the rings all seemed to look the same. We wanted to custom make a ring but found that to be challenging with some of the first few people we had reached out to.Once we contacted Jamestown, Angela was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She had a really positive attitude about our request and even came up with a digital rendering for us, so we could feel confident in their ability to proceed with the request. We met Angela in person and she was so friendly and thorough in assisting us through the design process, including everything down to the most minor of details. Jim, the jeweler, did a fabulous job of creating the ring and they were able to accommodate a request in post-production that made the ring absolutely perfect. If you're in the market for any jewelry, not just an engagement ring, come visit Angela and you'll have a wonderful experience!

We absolutely love Jamestown! We had gone to several different jewelry shops previously, but when we found Jamestown it was a breath of fresh air. We immediately felt comfortable and at ease. It is a no pressure environment. They honestly just want you to get the ring you want and will love forever. Their staff is hands down the best! Angela is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and very good at her craft. She takes her time with you and answers all your questions. We also worked with the owner (Jim) on several occasions. He is so kind, knowledgeable, patient, and also took his time with us! They did not rush us in the ring design process. We made several changes to the design we wanted until finally we had the perfect ring. We will be recommending all of our friends and family without hesitation! Thank you so much Jamestown we love our ring and look forward doing more business with you in the future!

Jamestown did a fantastic job on a custom wedding ring for my wife. This was my wife's third "upgrade." The experience of working with Jim and his staff was a step above what we have experienced with other jewlers. The ring was exactly what my wife was looking for, but couldn't find anywhere. I'd highly recommend, and I'm sure we will be back for other jewelry needs.

We've been shopping for a 10 year anniversary ring for a few years. Angela at Jamestown Jewelry made magic for us. We got the exact stone we've been looking for and the exact ring design we asked for. I was blown away with the final price as all the other Jewelry stores were asking for 3 to 5 times the money for the same stone and ring design. We are very happy with Jamestown Jewelry, especially Angela, and will be returning here for our next custom ring design soon. We're moving out of state but will still return here because it's worth it to us. This store is already priced reasonably so don't be cheap and complain about price with them. Trust me, you won't find better quality for the prices you will find here. Plus, the team here is awesome!

I wanted to love this place as I was really excited to redesign my wedding ring. I had reached out to Angela who is the ring designer multiple times with no response. I’m not very familiar with ring terminology which is why I was trying to get in contact with a person who might be able to help me. I was so excited to work with Jamestown but will unfortunately never be recommending them to anyone as I was ignored.

My husband and I went to Jamestown to design our dream 10 year anniversary ring. We absolutely loved working with Angela and Jim! Angela was so much fun to work with and truly cared about our vision. We had been looking for almost two years at other jewelers and always felt we were being sold something they already had on display. Going the custom route was so memorable for us.
