Lindsay is an absolute lifesaver. We ended up owing (which is never fun) but it was something my husband and I anticipated (we had not paid our 2022 taxes). We were embarrassed coming into our appointment knowing that we weren’t 100% on top of our finances. Lindsay was so kind, non judgmental but best of all she’s good at her job & efficient. Don’t know what point of making an appointment is , if they still make you wait an exorbitant amount of time . I left after 25 minutes .
