The tech that came and performed the service was absolutely fantastic, he did a great job, but super frustrating when it came to the billing, just felt non-transparent, great service though just make sure you look at everything.

After texting to secure an appointment, it was never input in their end- so resulted in a no show. We had pulled our boat out of storage to be blown off by this company. When we made an appointment with the owner for his mechanic, the same thing happened and again it resulted in a no show. The owner was aggressive on the phone with my wife after she expressed her frustration for this happening to us now twice. When the mechanic showed up to fix our impeller, he tried to cut a hole in our boat just to gain access. We told him absolutely not. Another mechanic was able to fix it promptly without no showing nor cutting a hole in our boat.

Quick response and came out the next day. He was very knowledgeable and got it done quick and answered all my questions. I'm very grateful for the quick service even though they were booked out. I'd for sure recommend them to any of my neighbors.

The owner is awesome and he runs a great customer service based company. I’ve used them for a couple years now for boat winterization, winter wrap, oil changes, and de-winterization. Each time they have done great work and been very timely and professional. There was a small issue with something that happened during the last winterization and the owner took care of the issue right away and made sure everything was done with the highest level of care. 100% recommendServices: Winterization

I've used your services several times and would like to again in the future, so I don't want my feedback to be taken harshly, but just as opportunities for improvement and or how to really "wow" your customers' experience.I watched the guy winterize and wrap my boat yesterday morning on the exterior cameras I have on my home. I was curious to see the process and while doing so, I saw him smoke several cigarettes and flick the buds on my street. He wore his shoes inside and outside my boat, all while walking through my grass, my driveway that has chalk writing on it from my kids, and the fresh blacktop road. He was standing and walking on my cushions in plain sight.It was cringy to watch and while my boat isn't a 300k boat, it's still a valuable asset of mine that I take pride in ownership and If I'm strict on guests not wearing shoes on my boat, someone I pay to service my boat should be aware of the etiquette.I believe it would contribute more to this "white glove service" if your employee came dressed more professionally, and if he's there for a few short hours, I shouldn't see him smoke so many times if at all. A clean branded shirt, maybe even a tucked in polo, and if they wore shoe protectors while they were in the boat would be pretty impressive.Regardless, the job appears to be well done (this is the first time I've wrapped my boat or planned to store it outside), so we'll see how it holds up and looks on the inside come next spring.Service: Winterization

I was really impressed with Brooks. He had to come out to my house twice because he they were doing construction on my street. Also, the first day when he came out it was a Friday, he was running behind, but he texted me to let me know that he would show up a little later, he also texted me the day before to remind me about the appointments. Great service and communication. You can’t beat the convenience of mobile winterization!

Brooks came out and winterized my jet boat. He was quick and easy to work with. Tons of boat knowledge and more than willing to teach me how to do some basic boat maintenance work. Glad I found a reputable boat mechanic.
