Terrible customer service! We came in close to closing time and started to work on our self print job and when we asked the clerk, Ethan for some cardstock we needed to purchase, he quickly told us "we are closed, so you can't buy anything or start your print job". We looked at the time and it had JUST turned to 7pm. We told him we only needed 10 copies and asked if we could quickly do it on the self serve printers. He refused us rudely saying we hadn't started by the time the clock struck the hour, so a hard no was his response.

If you plan on making copies and or printing something and need help with the copy machine, you're on your own. They point you to the machines and you figure it out. Not the best or friendliest service.

Wouldn't release my package to me. I had the exact name, tracking number, and QR code from FedEx. Just because the address doesn't match on my ID?
The Clerk said that has always been the policy. I've been picking packages up there using the same ID/address for years. I did move a year ago, but I've gone in to this location at least a half a dozen times and without any problems before today.
If you're going to enforce a policy, be consistent about it!

My son ordered a TV from Best Buy. FedEx was suppose to deliver it the next day. Instead delivered it to the wrong house have been on the phone all day. One hung up on us. Still no TV. Do you employee's know what GPS is.

I print on transparent paper at fedex locations weekly in slc area and it’s always a hassle but June at the Af location made it so easy and helped me out a bunch.

I came in to ship my documents and there was no wait. June explained all of my shipping options, and helped me choose the best one.
I then had to come back minutes before they closed to fix something I did wrong and she gave me the best customer service. She saw me driving in and welcomed me back (As she was starting to close up). I really appreciated her being so kind and courteous towards me. I was super stressed and she assured me that everything was going to be fine! I’ll definitely be coming to this location again!

I walked in with a couple boxes of computer parts, completely clueless. Jasmine went above and beyond to make sure my items were properly packaged, weighed and labeled. It couldn't have possibly been more hassle-free!

I went to this store for returning an item. I gave the staff a USB with return label inside, but she told me she doesn’t know how to print it using USB because not many people do it. Then she gave me a tape and asked me to do the packing myself and proceeded to play her phone while I packed ?♀️
Very disappointed, would never go there again!!

Our American Fork local Fedex route owner is incredibly hostile so I bring my packages here almost everyday. The staff is helpful and smart. Natalie the Store Manager is a real gem. She goes out of her way to work everyone in and meet impossible deadlines. I'm genuinely grateful for the team here.

I am upset that Kinkos charges me $2.50 if I walk in and ask the team member to print something for me. I have to use the website because of this. I am upset about the difficult of use your website presents. Your website is extremely difficult to use. It is not user friendly AT ALL. I am upset that I have already paid for my order, but when I go to pick it up I have to wait 20 mintues to get it. Why can I not just grab it and go? It is already paid for, why do I have to wait so long to get it? I am upset that your store did not give me a receipt, so I am unable to do the survey. I am upset that I called the number that is online to make a compalint and that department is closed. No one who I talked wo could give me the web address to go online to take the survey about my experience. The web address is on every receipt, but I was not given a receipt in order to have that address. I am upset that one of the customer service representitives I talked to hung up on me. I am upset that there is no feedback at the end of calls to your representives. I am simply trying to make copies and it has taken 3 hours of my time. ABSURD!
