My daughter I believe had Tatum, her hair came out great.she did my daughters hair, I believe Natalie did my hair. I wanted brown base by the swatch was lighter but it came out a darker but that’s fine.. But I knew exactly what I wanted!! I wanted blonde highlights.. They were not blonde. They looked greyish blond!! The whole thing I asked for was no grey!! . I had lots of grey in the front part of my hair I wanted gone. She did the highlights and when she went to wash the color out the blonde was not blonde she talked to manager and they used something to try to get another color out I guess the other color out from the blonde .. When she brought the swatches up when she was showing her the color it was a different color blonde it kind of looked ashy not the blonde that I wanted!! She used a different color. She blew my hair dry and the very front it still llooked greyish not the blonde I usually get!! The front was that wrong color of blonde!! I got home my husband said the highlights llooked more greyish not blonde. I started to cry!! I sat in the chair for 5 1/2 hours.. My hair was vey thin. Should not have taken very long.. my hair was to my shoulders not long!! But not to come home with the what I asked for. She parted in middle to blow dry it ie and it was whitish grey looking have grayish blond in the place I asked to be removed!! I have had my hair colored before and I’ve only had 1 other bad experience. But none form fantastic Sams. I have never at in a chair that long in my life.. I tried to style it a different way and that blondish grey came through every time. I’ve been to but schools that turned out out a lot better than yesterday day!!! In 1/2 the time and my hair was very thick!!! And it only took 2 hrs.. I have been ill and told her that as but told her when she was washing my hair out I could hardly sit ther hurting so bad by the time I got home. I could hardly make it up my stairs!! Our appointments we at 1:00 and we got in the car at 5:35.. I was very disappointeted!! My daughter was happy..
Specialties: Just had my hair colored and trimmed and dried.. And she blew it dry!! My daughter had a hair color that took a lot of time!! Her hair was thicker and it needed the time!! My experience was not good my daughter s was!! I’m very pale with the colors use make me even more washed out!! Not sure how to rate . Daughter a good experience I had a horrible experience.. I think she was not qualified enough. I watched a girl with very long beautiful hair get highlights and she did not get exactly what she asked for either.. I do not believe I will be back!!! Seems like you want to help everyone but us!! I will never be back!! I have never been so upset with this place!! I have never had anything issues with any other fantastic Sam’s spot!!! My hair looks awful to where I’m embarrassed to leave my house!! It was more than expected and now can’t afford to have it full!! I will never be back at this store!!! I warn ey!!!
Hair type: My daughter’s hair was thick and turned out beautiful. My hair was thin and had some new growth.. it took so long they were closed before they finished!!

I don't want to get anyone in trouble but my stylist was not very confident. I get the same trim every time. I told her what I wanted and she looked confused. Simple layers seemed confusing. Then when she was finished she asked me if I thought that it was even on both sides. Doesn't she know how to figure that out on her own. I would think that was taught in beauty school.

Terrible Service….Saratoga is way better.
So I had an appointment to do an all over bleach that was booked out for 3 hours. My hair is short, since I’m a guy, and hadn’t been dyed before (so it only would’ve taken 2 hours). I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30 AM and walked into the salon a little late, at 11:42 AM because I am a single father and was running behind because of a babysitter. Anyways, I show up and the stylist named Erin sat at the computer for a few minutes looking at the schedules to see if she could “still take me, since I am 15 minutes late”. I asked her, “You can’t squeeze me in really fast?” And she said, “No, because our policy is if you are 15 minutes late or over, then we can reschedule you.” She said it with such a bratty demeaning tone, and continued to argue with me that she could not take me because I was 15 minutes late, when IN FACT I was only 12 minutes late….so instead of just taking the business for the salon, she said we can’t do it today. We can reschedule for a different day if you want. I said, “Nope, I’m good.” And walked out the door. I then called the Saratoga Springs location and described what happened, and they felt really bad and said they can squeeze me in right then, even though I was a walk-in appointment! So in closing I would advise everyone to chose the Saratoga Springs location, over the American Fork one. They are way more courteous and professional, and won’t give you any aggressive attitude or try to argue with a potential client.

My straight hair has decided to be natural curly. I requested layers and swoop bangs. I felt she listened and gave me just what I wanted. I highly recommend Natalie to do your hair.
