Get a decent set of sports sandals! Are you kidding? You are a sporting goods store within 15 minutes of like 5 rivers and two lakes. What a joke

I came in to pick up an online order. Right off the bat cashier had attitude and said they stopped picking online orders for the evening. She said I could go and get it myself from the back if I wanted. I got my order came back to the cashier and I was forced to pay again on top of what I already paid for online even though my order was confirmed and received. Cashier was not helpful nor willing to help. I do not recommend coming to this location.

Not enough staff. Waited forever to have someone grab a pair of shoes from the back to try on.

I had a doordash order and Mike helped me out. He works in the shoe department but sent out of his way to help me find a bat for the order. He was awesome and the whole experience was great!

Called store to confirm something was in stock. They confirmed so I drove 25 minutes to come purchase it. Get there and they only have one set of keys to open the case and the person with the set of keys isn’t working. So I could not purchase it. Could have told me that when I called to ask if it was in stock. So frustrating!

No fishing gear.
More a clothes store than for sporting goods.

No pricing on anything.

Would not honor a simple 15% off coupon that we got from their sponsorship with Saratoga Springs soccer. Considering prices are higher than Amazon most of the time the only reason I will go into the store going forward is to find the right size shoe then buy it elsewhere online. Lost my business simply because they would not honor a coupon.

Giant sporting goods store. A few offers that are worth it.

I used to be able to get cleats here for my kids with no hassle... Just walk in, try some on, walk out, never have to talk to anyone. Now the only way to try on shoes is to pick what you want to try on at a digital kiosk, then wait 10 minutes for some teenager to fetch the shoes for you.
Infuriatingly, the kiosk doesn't tell you how much the cleats cost, so you could wait around to try something on, only to find out it's overpriced, so you're going to have to go through the "pick a shoe and wait ten minutes" process all over again.
The waiting and lack of price transparency are obnoxious and deceitful.

I have bought shoes here for many years and always had a great experience. However, yesterday I went and found out they have a new system where, if you want to try on or buy a shoe, you have to find the display one, scan it, and then 10 minutes later an overworked and overtasked employee will bring out the shoebox. For someone who likes to try 3 or 4 different shoes, I just left the store after waiting for the first pair. I wasn't going to wait an hour to try on shoes.
This isn't a complaint about the employees, the system is the problem. I don't know if this was to curb theft or what but this is not the solution to whatever they were trying to do fix. This is not intuitive. This does not provide a way to receive good service. I hate leaving one star reviews but they're the only ones that get attention unfortunately. I hope the manager of this store tells corporate that this idea is just straight up stupid.
