I went with my daughter to buy her first "grownup" car. We had such a wonderful experience with Dealer World! Steve walked her through the financing, even calling around to get her the best rates. We had such a good experience that I ended up back 4 days later when my son's "get through highschool" car broke down and he bought one from Dealer World, too.

We bought our daughter’s first car at Dealer World a couple of weeks ago. They were willing to fix things such as small tearings in the upholstery and inside door handle. There was a crack in the side mirror base and also one of the smaller lights was broken. These were replaced with original manufacturer parts. They gave us a fair market price on the car as well. I advise you to do your research on the vehicle you want so you know what the car is really worth. I was pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them. They are willing to work with their customers.

We bought a car from them about 6 months ago and the process went so well. We were first time car buyers and he walked us through each step and answered all our questions! Not only did we find the perfect vehicle at Dealer World, the whole process was hassle free. Very quick and efficient on every step of the paperwork. They went out of their way to make the entire experience easy. I fully recommend Dealer World as the best customer auto purchase location for personal service.

Excellent inventory of used vehicles. Steve was able to get us into a clean title vehicle with one previous owner at a fair price, and we couldn't be happier! They were easily able to get financing through our credit union and we were out on the road in no time. I have no reservations recommending Dealer World in American Fork!

Steve told me the A/C and clutch were recently repaired/replaced, but both needed addtional work. Timing chain was also bad. I was an out of state buyer and requested pictures and videos, but his videos of the vehicle also left out many of the cosmetic issues. Don’t buy from them out of state.
