The girl that works at this location and has for a few years needs to be RETRAINED on her customer service. She CONSTANTLY interrupts customers and refuses to help anyone. Instead she gives everyone attitude and makes customers feel like an inconvenience when we are the REASON she has a job. One time she brought her kids to work. She ruins this business and location especially. Couldn't put THEIR name because the reps refuse to give out names of themselves or each other.

They gave me the phone but even though he offered to help he seemed like he didn't really want to help me. I asked if he would put the screen protector on for me. He did but seemed put out even though he wasn't busy. He didn't do a good job either. Didn't put the sim card in.Purchased the phone in Orem but had to drive to American Fork to get the phone. The girl in Orem wasn't real friendly either.

I been have cricket for 5 years they still money from me 700 dls in warranty insurance that they never do what they promess horrible service Karla she always be mean bad l was 3 times in store and she don't want to attend me .last time l tell her please please please and she took her beautiful ice to the sky. It yes l got service thanks darling.

I called to tell them about a problem with husbands phone, and asked if they could offer a specific solution. She REFUSED to talk with me about the problem or solution, insisted that i had to bring it in. Wouldn't even have a conversation or listen to me at all. I asked if I could talk with someone else and she said no and was very very VERY rude.

Very bad customer service with a female over the phone. She had a snotty attitude with me amd interupted me while talking. Didn't even say bye and hung up on me. I've had cricket for over 10 years and I'm switching services because of this store. They won't let me get a new phone because they want the main account holder there when before they only required a pin. What if the main account holder lives in another state?

me and my wife Came in on Saturday the 25th of February a younger male with glasses was the only one in the store helping another couple didn't even greet us to see if we needed to just pay a bill real quick or something as he showed him different phones for a good 20 minutes still no acknowledgment that we were in there then the customer actually tells him you should probably go see what those guys need cuz it's going to be a little while longer and then the kid was just not polite or punctual we ended up leaving after about 25 minutes of standing there without a single word being said to us now we're driving to the store in Orem to go buy a phone from them. I'm not writing this post to be mean or anything just so the owner or and or manager can realize that someone like that should not be working in their store

I have not once been satisfied with Cricket. The employee at the location does the best they can with what they have (I'll add 1star for that) but the company tries to run everything on the absolute bare minimum. The service is the worst I've ever had. They use T-Mobile towers but Cricket users are last priority. This means that the more people are near you, the more likely you'll have zero service. When they switched to 5g, they forced me to get one of their terrible white listed phones. This is a scam. They claim that the special software on those phones is required but it's not true. They just want you to have to buy from them and their partners. I found better service with Mint Mobile for less than half the price and I'm now able to use my phone of choice and I never lose service anymore. Overall I'm very dissatisfied with Cricket and I'm disappointed that I wasted so much money on their awful phone plan.
