If i could give zero stars i would. I went in to The auto zone in American Fork to return some products i didn't use. when we went into return products (some brakes and rotors) they said we OWE them 45 dollars. How does that work? we already bought the product and have to end up paying 45 dollars. It was very unprofessional and they MADE me pay it even though i had already paid and just wanted to return. Their site said i had 90 days to return the product. I returned it with in 20 days. there is nothing about having to pay more. Definetly not going back to this auto zone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

So much amazing service here today! Trying to swap out my headlight, and my hands were simply too big to get into the housing. Mariah, an angel with small hands, risked manicure to help me get that installed after helping me choose the best lamp and offering me several suggestions in varying price points. I will 100% always come to this AutoZone for my needs. Thank you thank you thank you!

They'll scan your engine computer for free and give you a decent idea of what's wrong with your engine if the light is on. They are helpful and have an affordable inventory for small engine parts. If you're DIY-savvy, this is a good place to come.
