This place is great. Competitive pricing and better service and customer appreciation than the big box stores. The owner of this location is fabulous the stuff is all very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Plus they have such a fun variety of animals to choose from. We have a bearded dragon and their blue hornworms are the best ones in town. Love this store. Stopped by again today and always greeted and asked if I need any help. I love that I don't have to go out seeki g for help like I do at other stores.

I feel like they don't have much compared to the Orem Animal Ark, not much I would go here for, they may have albino 0lecos for cheaper tho.

The manager there cheznie i think is so rude and condescending ruins the entire experience the pet store has. the pets seem very healthy and the rest of the staff are super friendly but cheznie runs it down completely

Amazing staff, amazing atmosphere! I came here looking for habitats for my tarantulas and they had everything I needed, as well as a huge selection of tarantulas!

10000/10 always coming to Animal Ark for pet needs! I needed help setting up my fish tank and an employee named Ethan was SO helpful! He was very knowledgeable, kind, and talked me through all of my questions. I am super excited to come back and get all of my fish after my tank is fully set up. Thank you Ethan!

I worked at the original Animal Ark in 1986 in Provo and still love going here and seeing the variety of all the animals. It's clean and well taken care of. Never a sick animal or dirty cages ever. Love this pet store!

We stop by here almost every week for feeders and sometimes for something new! One of the cleanest pet stores and another plus is they don’t sell puppies! All animals are kept in perfect sized clean enclosures! We love Esther! There is a younger blonde girl that works there, shorter hair and maybe some facial piercings, she is one of my favorite employees! She’s always so kind, helpful and bubbly!

Went to get an axolotl. They had about 6 to choose from. They had everything to make a tank for it. Staff was super knowledgeable about them too. Prices seemed a little high but it was what it was. Thanks yall!

They carry a variety of animals which the kids love to see and have a good selection is quality food and toys. I like supporting locals spots that are unique.

Sometimes I get sent to pick up food or an item for my kids pets. I’m not an animalExpert. Just a dad. Animal Ark has always been helpful when I’ve had questions about animals, food, whatever. Prices are fair.Good pet shop.

This place encouraged me too get some pets. It was depressing to see little kittens locked away but I was assured they get adopted fast. If you aren’t a pet person get a fish
