WOW! BEST SERVICE EVER! ON THE 29TH OF OCTOBER I HAD A DEAD BATTERY AT THE PARKING LOT AT LAREDO WALMART ZAPATA HWY AND NAZARIO HAPPENED TO BE THEIR AND HE SAID HE WORK IN GONZALEZ AUTO PARTS IN ZAPATA HE CHECKED MY BATTERY AND HAPPENDED TO HAVE WARRANTY AND DID EVERYTHING TO HELP ME GET A NEW BATTERY HE CALLED GONZALEZ AUTO PARTS HERE IN LAREDO AND TALKED TO JONATHAN WHO BROUGHT HIM A BATTERY AND GOT ME BACK HOME ESPECIALLY SINCE I WAS WITH MY KIDS. EVEN WHEN HE WAS OFF THE CLOCK HE WENT UP AND BEYOND TO HELP ME, EXCELLENT! NEW CUSTOMER HERE FOR GONZALEZ.

I do not recommend this place, they have very rude workers (Raul) especially the tall skinny guy as soonest you enter the store he goes into the back and makes you feel unwelcome and the times that he had helped me out even with the face mask on smells like beer and when I got back into my truck I saw the recycle cage in the side of the store with plenty of beer boxes (red flag) anyways I like coming here for the prices and the only ones that makes me feel welcome is the lady and the guy with the glasses but other than that I prefer to go to Oreilly's and spend a bit more money for better service. Also has a false advertisement big sign outside OPEN SUNDAYS and its NOT!!!REPLY: Honestly customer service should be your priority since I go to Gonzalez and spend money and you make money. It gets annoying that it happens every time I go to shop their so that's why I finally decided to write this review. And the sad part is that the tall skinny guy is the Manager he should lead and make an example for the rest of the employees.

Wish I could give the store a 0 star. They have NO PARTS. Needed a battery they didn't have it also had oil but no filter. You would think that I drive something different then everyone else. No it is a F150. Gonzalez has changed use to have the best price now they are the same as O Reilly's. The one thing O Reilly's has going for it is that it has stuff in stock. The only good thing that I can say about this is the guys working there were super nice and told me sorry for not have the parts. Other than the people working there I don't know why people go there. I will never go back.

Went to get a oil change for my truck. The guys there helped me out in a way that I didn't have to get out of my truck. Which made it easier for me cause I didn't have to get my daughter down. Just wanted to say thanks to Nazario, Gary, and Raul. Thanks guy to just make it a little easier. Will shop here from now on.
