Charles Good, The reason witch was explained for not being able to remove that lug nut was because we did not have the right equipment, as you had already beat and took a grinder to the lug nut welding it on the wheel.

Had two tires changed balanced and put on about a month ago …. Putting those tires on back , and the moved others to the front . Was done i a timely manor but a month later I now have wire showing on the front passenger tire had a spare so I decided I’d pull over and replace it with a spare . Two outta the five were cross threaded on amd I spent 4 hrs trying any amd everything to get it off. One was not so bad but the other gave me hell . Villa tire shop did all the work for me so I thought they’d have the courtesy to get it off for me . But instead Eric( manager) told me he wasn’t going to mess with it giving me multiple excuses other than doing what any other tire shop would respectfully do. Not allow a customer to leave their shop with a tire about to blow knowing they couldn’t get it off themselves. I wasn’t expecting nothing for free or even throwing the fact that they them selves had put the tires on my truck! This I firmly believe is their fuk up tho! The stript lugs should have never made it out their shop ! Money is not the issue here it’s the fact I have kids to pickup daily and getting to and from work that really irritates me . I’ve had no problems with this place until today How does a tire shop make excuses to not send a customer Saftley home ? This guy (Eric)acted as if he was equipped to remove a lug not that was put on by his own tools . Double check the work being done here . As far as the mechanic who works there I could see he wanted to help me out but the manager shut him down. As I typed this review I can see the Eric caring more to watch a rv show then take care of a customer in need it’s sad . This town needs a dedicated tire shop for the community no doubt

Horrible, horrible!!!!!! cross thread lugnuts costed me 160 to replace and fix, (different vehicle)had tires balanced and they Put 85 weights on the rims????. Do not go here. They dont have a clue(from Lantz tires they were shocked)

Owner Erick, Is awesome squared away balance problems on my truck tires. Stayed open also till I arrived with new tire to mount and Balance. Excellent service
