We have been here almost 5 years and I'm over this branch! You pay for 2-3 day shipments it takes 5-7......I received a package yesterday and instead of the guy in the white jeep placing it on my porch he tried to stuff this big ole bag in the box and BROKE OUR MAILBOX AND THE FLAG WAS ON THE GROUND! HOW LAZY ARE YOU? NOT THE FIRST TIME MY PACKAGES HAVE BEEN EXPOSED AND THISSSSSSSS IS UNACCEPTABLE. He never picks up mail to be mailed leaves it and places daily mail on top so we physically have to take and drop off in the box.We also get other people's mail instead of our own.Emory branch is THE BEST

The last five years since I've lived at this address has been frustrating. Where I lived before, my packages were delivered to my door. My postal carrier was above and beyond. Now, the carrier will not deliver to my door, but leaves them at the post office for pick up. His excuse is the old Dog outside that is just hoping for a treat, because fedex and ups toss him one as they walk by. The post office closes at 3:30. Working people can't get there during office hours. If I even get one notice, I'm lucky.

On numerous occasions I have mailed packages from this location, and each time they have taken above and beyond the normal time a package should take to get delivered. The last package is that I sent took nearly three weeks to go from Texas to Utah. I'm a little disappointed with this location and I don't think I'll be using them anymore. Although I would like to see if I could get my $30 back for this last box I sent out!

Amazon package to deliver on Saturday. Received notice from Amazon package was to be picked up. Post Office closed on Saturday. No answer to phone call on Monday morning to request package could be delivered on carrier route. Had to pick up package (10 miles) @ Post Office. Package was only a 1cubic foot size. Not sure why small packages (no signature type) should expect a customer to pick up when postage was paid to be delivered...
