Internet says they are open until 11:00. When you get to the door, it says open until 11:00 pm and the last load to be in by 9:30 pm. We arrived at 9:15 pm. There were 2 people and the employee who did not speak English. We tried to enter with our laundry but the door was locked and the "Open" light was out. The lady came to the door. In my limited understanding of Spanish, I understood her to say that they had not had anyone in 2 hours (despite the other two already inside) and were closing early to go home. We ended up going to Super Clean Coin Laundry at 707 S. State Hwy 78 in Wylie, 0.9 miles to the north. There were several people there, the place was open, and the had plenty of machines.

Here on 04/26/24The woman worker shows up late to open n has a nasty attitudeI let her know the machine isn’t filling up properly with enough waterIt’s not my first time doing laundry so I’m not an idiot ,, she looks at it n says it’s fine with a stink face so I ask what her problem is n she says it’s not my problem I only sell soap in the office ??♀️ so I ask for owners number and she tells me to google itSo rude some Mexican lady with a nasty attitude

Definitely does not open at 6:30 am been here since 6:15 it’s now 6:35 no sign of no one I’ve never seen a business open late this is no good lol

I use the drop off service. I was quoted $1 per lbs. They weighed it....then when I came to pickup that charged me significantly more.On a positive note... My clothes did smell good.

My husband and I have been bringing our clothes here for several years dropping them off to be laundered. Sandra has always taken good care of us and our clothes were always clean and folded perfectly. For the past month she hasn’t been there so I assume she no longer works there. The ladies that do our clothes now do not meet our expectations. Clothes are folded wrong side out. Some clothes are wadded up. Towels and sheets are folded very messy. I have to come home and refold half the clothes. This last trip we had missing items and someone else’s socks in our laundry. I hope this can be corrected because we do like the convenience of bringing our clothes here.

Wylie Wash & Dry has become my favorite laundry mat since our washer crapped out mid cycle. Went here this morning for the first time and was really impressed. The facility is clean, they have detergent, softener and even hangers if you forget something. Last time I was here it was Video Hits and I was a kid. :)The washing machines vary in size. The smallest being $2.50/load to the largest being $8.50/load for the huge washer. I was able to get 7 loads of laundry done for under $30. 2 of them being a huge load of towels and heavy things like hoodies and sweats. The dryers are a good size too and start at $0.25/per 7 minutes. They have folding tables and rolling baskets to move your things. Arcade games and snacks to keep kiddos entertained.I was able to get all that laundry done in 2 hours as opposed to taking all day at home.10/10 would recommend this facility for all your laundry needs. They even have laundry drop off with a 15lb minimum.

Here are 4 things that Wylie Wash & Dry does differently than other laundromats.First, I have to mention the size of the laundromat. It is easily twice the size of some other laundromats I've seen, with at least 30 washers that can take 3 loads of laundry each.Second, this laundromat has two tables! This is a big deal, as I try to work when I’m doing laundry. The problem, however, is that I work on an iPad with a Bluetooth keyboard. This means that it is hard to work on my lap, which is why tables are a big deal at the laundromats I go to.Third, the drying is 25¢ for 7 minutes. This is great because if the clothes are still wet after 35 minutes, I can spend 25¢ for 7 more minutes, instead of $1.75 for another 35 minutes even though I don't need all that time.Fourth, it has a small arcade! There are 4 or 5 arcade machines, with classic games like Mario. These aren't something that you can find everywhere anymore, so it's nice to see them living on, at least in a small way.In summary, Wylie Wash & Dry is a step above other laundromats I've been to, by having tables, an arcade, and short drying periods.

Dropped my clothes off at this place yesterday and now I come back and ive been waiting 20 minutes and there’s no one working this place.
