My wife and I have used Wylie Kwik Kar for several years now, and continue to be amazed at the level of service. Everyone has been professional and courteous, and have always gone above and beyond to make sure that issues are fixed. On more than one occasion Trey, or the mechanic doing the work, have called to see if we're able to source a part cheaper than them to help keep our costs down. We've had issues with other auto shops in the past, where we ultimately found ourselves feeling taken advantage of (adding additional work/parts to a fix, inability to finish work in the quoted time, etc...), we've never felt pressured to add additional repairs and feel like all of our invoices reflect a fair amount of time. There is not a garage we'd recommend over Wylie Kwik Kar, and will unabashedly recommend them to anyone in the area who needs automotive work.

Had an issue where my car wouldnt start. I thought it was an issue with the alternator , I called Wylie Kwik kar for a quote, They gave me the best price that they could. But the person I spoke to ("Trey") insisted I check that it could be a wiring issue. It was. You see, this is honesty that is lacking in this world especially in the automotive industry. Rather than rush me to take advantage of me. He was honest truthful, and looked out for me as a customer. That is a sign of a decent business. I will continue to go there for future services, and will tell anyone who would listen to go there for car services. Thank you very much.

This place was fantastic! Every year, I bring my motorcycle in, and they inspect it. I forgot to bring cash to tip, and he said that it's okay and to just leave a 5-star review. The guy that helped me had a broken arm, too, and it did not stop him from giving some of the best customer service I have ever received. I will be going here for all of my future inspections. Keep away for this location, They just charge what they want for a key fob battery replacement they changed 32$, initially they mentioned its around 24.99$ but before they start work i said can you stop it but the other salesman said its already open the key and finally bill it 32$, the original cost for cell is 8.99$ and you will get 2 pack. Highly not recommended to go here for business.

STAY AWAY! If I could give less than zero I would. Came in for inspection oil change etc when I got ready to order my tags, the paperwork had my mileage but some else’s vin and another someone else’s car tags. Yes 3 different cars on one State Inspection. Called the store talked to assistant manager who then accused me of changing car tags .. no stupid that’s illegal I don’t plan on jail. And I never owned a Kia or 2012 Camry. I called the State of Texas they told me to call back if the store did not redo for free. then I called the store manager Tyre who then said this is how the conversation is gonna go .. really you took 159.00 can’t show me a State of Texas Inspection papers and your controlling the conversation?? You even have the wrong name on my receipt my wife’s first name and my first name as a last name plus messed up 3 cars and over charge for services. The Only reason I allowed the charge was my convenience. He was hesitant about redoing the inspection I also asked for a refund he was willing to a free insp after I told him he needed to produce a receipt for an inspection they charged for but can’t find. I lost time from work plus a drive all the way back to Wylie and his response after another “free inspection”.. btw that’s not a courtesy I paid for it and your store lost or messed up my paperwork .. and no offer of a free or reimbursement for my time or the inspection for YOUR mess up! Dude don’t do me any favors cus that’s not in your wheelhouse !! He’s like “Here’s your paper work”, not I’m sorry we screwed up or we really value you as a customer.. zip ! who raises these people? I’m not looking for free stuff just some damn manners ! It was 25.50 no big deal but your service sucks! Admission of your stores reckless behavior would have been appreciated. Bet he doesn’t call the other 2 car people either lol He did take the paper work that was messed up back to his office, but not before I made copies! Hello. Tyre your store needs training as do you sir! Anybody can be a manager lol Funny thing they are generally a cluster busy trying to get cars done so I generally try to use another store different name and location when it’s like that but on the date and time I came in I had no wait except the inspection. So no real excuse and as a former customer I don’t care! Not Happy. Lesson check your vin and tags on the inspection sheet since the State of Texas only used numbers to identify a car. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS.. or face accusations. Best of luck for the other 2 people cars when or if they find the screw up! Certainly kwik has no idea how 3 different cars ended up on the same inspection sheet! Walmart can and does better .. uuugh

They broke my glove compartment while removing my filters to try and sell me another service i clearly did not want. Proceeded to tell me that it's been broken and that it's been noted in passed services. Unbelievable to think they would just straight-up lie to my face about "notes" that dont exist. Normally, I have come here for oil changes for the last few years but will never be returning.

The best I came all the way from Maryland to do a tuneup because the owner is a very honest person he was able to fix all the codes in my truck
Tires are the best and service amazing
I will come back from Alabama just to do my oil change to all my work and personal trucks.

I’ve been to this location many times since it was first opened as we prefer to shop local. I checked the website before going there today and it showed to close at 6pm. I got there right about 3 pm and was told they closed early for New Years. This would not have bothered me so much, but it wasn’t posted on their site, today is Saturday and New Year’s is Sunday when they are already closed. Essentially, they felt like closing early and used New Year’s as an excuse. They gained an additional 3 hours the day before New Year’s Eve and did so without considering their customers. I went to Jiffy Lube down the street and they took care of me quickly. I will now take any future business I have to Jiffy Lube as well. Wylie Kwik Kar may not be concerned about losing my business, however, we’ve been in Wylie for over 28 years. People ask me for recommendations all the time for things they need in Wylie. I’ll be sending them anywhere but here from now on.

While the service was good and the staff was friendly and VERY thorough, if your in a time crunch my advice is dont be and take a number, a simple oil change took just over an hour to have done with only 1 car ahead of me. Glad they checked other things but its just an oil change not 100 point inspection.
