This is a result of the last several months experiences. Trying to call the pharmacy and being put on indefinite hold, dropped calls, etc. only filling 30 days of a 90 day prescription so I pay 3 times my deductible had the 90 day prescription been filled. The pharmacy staff does not demonstrate quality customer service.

Called the pharmacy and was on hold for ever. What's worse is that I could tell when the hold time would finish and the phone would start ringing, someone on the other end would just pick up the phone and put it back down without saying anything, essentially keeping you on hold forever.

Finally drove me to transfer all prescriptions elsewhere. Just a terrible place to attempt refills.
