First, let me state that I did not purchase, but the clean and affordable offer was on the table.He took the time to explain to me everything he knew about the vehicles i was considering, he understood where i wanted to be from a down payment, monthly payment perspective, he wanted to work with me.He spent his valuable time with my wife and i, we spoke about the vehicles, the dealership, his and our families. We really got to know each other. He genuinely cared.The experience was so great that I do regret not purchasing from BJR.
