Ive been an avid shopper of Tractor Supply for most of my life and have always been able to find exactly what I needed when is needed it, especially to take care of my property and our animals. However now its like going to a Walmart, you gotta order it online and wait, but that doesnt work in farming or for livestock, so I'll start looking at other options for the things I need which might mean I will start driving the extra distance to an Atwoods, sorry Tractor Supply but this is one small rancher you've lost.

I love tractor supply but to be told 3 times someone will be out to help us, only to wait a total of 30 minutes and end up leaving without propane, very frustrating. Set proper expectations if it's going to take a while. It feels like 100° outside and we wasted half an hour with no end result.

This review is about Riley and Derek from the Wylie TX store.
I was looking for a riding lawn mower. I know I wanted good quality and a good price. Riley was extremely patient with me, he took the time to explain the different riding lawn mowers they carry, but I cannot tell you how many times he was about to ring the price and I changed my mind as to which tractor I wanted. He was very, very, very patient with me. He helped me with the credit application, he did all the work and not once became impatient with me.
My next dilemma was how to get the tractor from point A to point B. I KNOW they could have loaded the tractor to my truck, but the problem was HOW I was going to unload it without destroying the tractor or killing myself. So Riley and Derek put their thoughts together and Derek was so kind that he delivered the tractor on his truck to my house the next day. Derek took the time to show me how the tractor worked, he made me ride the tractor so I could become familiarized with the machine, and he answered all my questions.
This purchase could not have happened without Riley and Derek. It just shows you THEIR dedication, teamwork, awesome customer service, and most importantly, DEDICATION and LOYALTY to their employer (Tractor Supply Company), by going out of their way to help a client and make a sale.
Winners find a solution to every problem, losers find a problem to every solution.
This team is a winner, they find a solution to every problem!!!!!

I haven't been to this TS in quite awhile and I was extremely happy with my visit. I was most impressed with the garden area, it is very obvious that it is well taken care of!

Went to Tractor Supply tonight at 6:45pm. Walked in and asked where the propane tanks and accessories. A lady told us where we could find them but she was not filing tanks tonight. We found them but had a question about how to hook up a large propane tank. So we walked back over to the same lady to ask for assistance. She said "We needed to google where to find the propane parts we needed and go there".
