I use to love coming to this Tom Thumb but they're declining significantly. The high school workers in the check out line aren't helpful, they are on their phone. I just left out tonight around 8pm and the young lady is just head down in her phone, while the on duty manager is at customer service and not regulating this. How is that good customer service? The produce section is declining. And I recently had to bring back spoiled crab legs back. Ms. Donna who is over this store is a beautiful person in and out, however her store is declining. This is coming from a dedicated shoppers 4 plus years.

I’ve been shopping at the Tom Thumb in Wylie for a while now and I love the convenience and great customer service. It’s not as large as Walmart, of course, but I still get what I need at good prices. My mother and I recently went in to see if we could find a balloon arrangement for my sons’s birthday. We’ve been disappointed with the balloon arrangements at other grocery stores and did not want to drive out to Party City. We were so pleasantly surprised! We found a great assortment of balloon arrangements, but only chose one. It was simple, but super creative. Shout out to the two ladies that were working in the balloon department that morning (September 11th). I didn’t write down their names, but they were so friendly and incredibly helpful!

Just for you app is NOT just for me! half the products/groceries you scan and clip do not work. App does not support QR codes despite being on the price tags. Takes twice as long to shop having to scan all these items to get the sales price, and additional time at the one register they have open trying to figure it out. 75% of the time I end up at the customer service having to sort it out. I sincerely wish they would just give us the sale prices without all the app crap that doesn't work. There's no telling how many millions of dollars they've screwed people out of.

My store cancel my order twice the girl told me that I had been using different accounts but I have only my account she said I’m scamming but I got a cupon $40 off $75 plus the other digital coupons. Im Hispanic and getting a comment like this from a Hispanic daughter make me sad.

Lots of deals to be found sadly though its mostly with digital coupons, prices up nearly in everything verses Kroger, poorly manned and stocked throughout the store.

Friendly, upbeat, clean and organized easy shopping experience. For whatever reason, those digital coupons and I don't see eye to eye. I managed to get a bit further in my phone app, and the folks at this store are so understanding. Thank you! ? tutorials? ?
