This UPS Store runs by very nice people. You will get excellent service and prompt response from the all the staff members. I frequently go there for my mailing needs and to return the parcels. The members are welcoming and do anything to serve the customers.

I went there for an Amazon package return, and even though there were several people in front of me, it only took a couple of minutes for them to get to me. Once it was my turn, the person helping me was friendly and my transaction was completed in less than a minute! There are other UPS stores in the area, all with good service, but this is the one I keep going back to.

I took an unlabeled box in to mail to the east coast. The attendant whose name starts with letter K, measured the box, and entered the address. As he was measuring he stretched the ruler an extra inch on all sides. Nothing of value over $100. Total cost $51 for ground. I know that’s seems high, so I took the box home, weighed it on my kitchen scale and took measurements. I put in the exact weight and box dimensions on the ups online calculator. $41.
I put in the same dimensions into usps and the cost was $39.
I also took things to shred once and they rounded up on the weight and guessed low on the tare of the crate so I had them weigh the material without the weight and the difference was 2 pounds.
Make your own conclusions based on my two experiences at this location. I’ll never visit it again.

Abdul and Hillary had been very helpful..Treated like their own family..Very professional and helpful..Awesome UPS store..Very friendly atmosphere...Everyone worked together fast and well..The charge was very reasonable..I will recommend this UPS Store to my family and friends..

Be aware of the extra packaging scam the employees does when you are doing returns. This is pure absurdity. I would rather use other drop of locations.
