Was pretty disappointed with my experience here. We had called and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday. After driving out to Wylie for the appointment, we arrive and the doors are locked with no one inside. We waited for about 15 mins but no one came. No call or email to cancel the appointment either. I can’t say anything about the actual experience of trying on dresses here, since I never made it inside, but thankfully I was able to find my dream dress elsewhere.

I bought a dress for my daughter's upcoming wedding that was a sample and in stock due to needing it in time for alterations before the wedding. Kaylee was the associate.She seemed disinterested and really didn't make it a very nice experience and pushed the sample due to "not being able to get the dress in time". Luckily it fit so we took it even though it had a lot of damage to the train and zipper. It cost nearly as much to alter and fix the dress as I paid for the dress. Could have gotten a brand new one in the right size with no damage for what I paid for repairs. On the same date (February 3rd) I bought and paid for a veil that needed to be ordered. Kaylee told me 4-6 weeks at the most to get it. After 7 weeks and hearing nothing I called the shop and Kaylee told me it was "definitely ordered" and the way she said it immediately made me feel as if it hadn't been ordered and was forgotten. My wedding is now in 2 weeks and I have called and left multiple phone messages, I have emailed several times and have gotten ZERO responses. ZERO!! Now no one ever answers the phone when I call AND I went out of my way to go to the shop on Saturday afternoon during business hours since no one is able to respond to me to let me know what is going on and it was locked up tight. I am running out of time and am definitely out of patience. I need to know if I will have a veil as I now will need to go and find one last minute if they cannot deliver and they will need to refund me. I called other shops and was told they could get the same veil in 2 weeks but I've already paid for one and don't want to pay for another until someone lets me know what is going on. If this is how they treat paying customers they'll be out of business shortly. I'm beyond disappointed by the total lack of customer service and disregard for the bride expecting a veil as promised. Overall it was not a fun or special experience. We could have gotten better treatment at a mall shop.

My friend ordered a dress from here in June (2023) it is now March (her wedding is May) and she has yet to receive her dress. They have not called her, she’s had to call and check in every time and received a run around and been told it should be shipping. Now, they are not returning her calls and ignoring her mom’s calls and voicemails. This is unacceptable. You pay good money for a dress that really your whole day revolves around for them to not even be able to call a bride back and be honest on where her dress is, or even answer the phone as of this week. This has added unnecessary stress to what should be the best part of planning your wedding planning. Terrible customer service and absolutely unacceptableEditing for the response below:She tried her dress on in June. It wasn’t a miscommunication issue we were told her dress order was not actually placed until Thanksgiving. That is FIVE months of no communication or informing her the dress was in fact, not ordered.

My daughter ordered a dress, June 2023 and her dress is still not in. The wedding is in May. She has reached out several times with no response to her many messages. I also left 2 messages (which were kind) and got no response back. If it was their wedding would they be reaching out to the shop - yes they would and they would be panciked too. My daughter will not be able to have time to get bridal pictures or the dress altered before the wedding which is in 8 weeks. When we showed up to our appointment they were 20 minutes late with no phone call to tell us they were running late either. Customer service has not been good at all. I do not recommend this bridal shop at all.

I bought my dress from here back in June. I had a wonderful experience trying on dresses and was so excited when I found my dress. However, everything since then has been terrible. They tell you it will take 6-8 months to get your dress in, so I knew that going in. But we are now past the 8 month mark, and I still have no dress. I receive no communication from the shop. I have had to be the one to reach out every time. Most of the time I call, no one answers, and no one calls back when I leave a message. I am two months away from my wedding, and still have no dress. I understand that manufacturing issues are not necessarily in their control, but I need more than being told my feelings of frustration are valid.

Loved both of my experiences shopping here for my wedding dress! They were super helpful and caring! The selections they have are perfect for every budget and they go above and beyond for their brides! I ultimately found a wedding gown at another boutique that I fell in love with but it wasn’t an easy decision due to how amazing the customer service was at The Bridal Shoppe!

I made an appointment here online for a dress fitting. Their calendar has a weird layout and has Sunday on the far right instead of Saturday. My “Saturday” appointment I had made a few days prior was accidentally scheduled on a Sunday. We showed up on Saturday and someone else from my group walked in first. They came out when I got there to tell me it was the wrong day. I walked in confused because I had just scheduled this thinking it was for Saturday. The lady inside was rude. She barely spoke to me while I was in there for several minutes, just said “nope” and “we can’t see you today”. So I leave, am calling everyone to not come there. After about 5-10 minutes of me standing outside calling everyone someone else came out to say “they couldn’t fit all 12”. No one asked if we had less, it was down from 12 to 6 people. They didn’t even mention it was a group size issue until I had called everyone to go somewhere else. Now I’ve called several times, left multiple voicemails and multiple emails asking for a refund for the $50 I paid for the appointment and no response.

I did not buy my wedding dress here, but was very thankful for the kindness and knowledge of the stylist that helped me! There was a wide selection of dresses to choose from! The stylist will help you narrow down the selection. We made our appointment online and did not have any issues!

The professionalism of this place is a joke. Their hours say they're opened until 7, so we drive in to look at dresses, ready to purchase only to find out they're having a "day" and would be closing at 5 but we could come back another day.

I'm going to every possible place to leave a review for this shop because it was THAT wonderful. Janet was such a nice and fun person to work with, and she made the day feel extra special. They have a great range of prices from sales rack dresses to brand new dresses, and they are all beautiful! I was able to purchase my dream dress and had fun during the process! 10/10 service, 10/10 selection. If you're looking for a fun environment to bring your party to go wedding dress shopping, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!

So disappointed with this bridal shop. My daughter flew in from out of state for a bridal appointment at The Bridal Shoppe of Wylie. I scheduled an appointment and paid for a toast to the bride as an add-on to make her bridal appointment special and memorable. I received both a confirmation text and email for our appointment on the day prior. We arrived early to our appointment and found that the front door was locked. We waited 30 minutes, checked the door multiple times but no one ever showed. We were totally ghosted/stood up. I made every attempt possible to reach a staff member via email, text and voicemail. It's been 4 days and I've yet to receive any correspondence from the bridal shop. If this was an appointment for a final fitting or dress pick up, I can only imagine the stress and/or heartbreak that would come for others. Thankfully that was not our situation but I am still very disappointed I did not get to share this experience with my daughter due to the Bridal Shoppe's lack of punctuality and professionalism.

I had a fabulous experience at The Bridal Shoppe with Kaylee as my consultant. It was my first time trying on bridal gowns and Kaylee was super patient and understanding. I didn’t really know what I was looking for but she really understood my vision and gave excellent recommendations. In fact, my mom and I fell in love with multiple gowns since she did such a good job. The shop itself has a very quaint relaxing atmosphere with an excellent selection of gowns of all different designers and silhouettes.

I didn't actually buy my dress from this shop due to a very limited budget, but I did get to have a wonderful experience trying on dresses. It was a breeze setting up an appointment and when I arrived I had the whole place to myself! I was allowed to walk around and grab any and all dresses I wanted to try on and was guided through the whole process as far as the different dress styles and colors. The gal helping me change into the dresses was a ninja with how fast she clipped me in and was able to change me from one dress to the next. The whole store is also absolutely adorable with rustic, vintage feels. The dresses are also not overpriced at all for the quality and cost less than many other bridal shops. I would highly recommend this store to any bride looking for her dream dress!
