No cashiers again. They have 10+ registers yet only one or two open at any given time. The line for both looked like an 15-20min wait time. No thank you.

This store is horribly managed. Every time I visit the self checkout is closed and the 2 or 3 registers open all have lines that are a mile long. The sale items never ring up correctly either so it takes even longer just to check out. Not wasting my time at this store, will shop elsewhere from now on. Glad to hear they are putting a HEB in right across the street. They know how to run a store unlike Target.

Very upset with my latest Target run - it may well be my last! I came in to possibly buy a Stanley cup for Father’s Day. The first team member barely stopped & let out a big sigh when I asked for help - she pointed in a general direction over her shoulder (I did not find one); then I asked another team member - same experience. I did ask a front end person & he was helpful but I was already over Target by then. Target was in the past very user friendly - upsetting that your store no longer is.

I loved coming to target for the convenience! I even got a red card because of it! But today wasn’t so convenient for me! I went in an tried to priced match some items! My cashier Karla from the start made a face and said we can’t drop the price that much. I was patient with her while she tried to get her equipment to work, she couldn’t. She went to ask an a co-worker and she came back saying they were unable to do that for me. Even tho i was following the target guideline for price matching! And not to mention that there was only on lane open! A whole line build up right behind me while she walked back and forth trying to get help and her equipment to work. I will be cancelling my red card and I hope soon target gets there things together. It is really disappointing when our favorite stores turns into this.

This target is great. However 1 register open and self checkout is slammed. Its ridiculous… I know target must get tons of applications so hire more people… no one wants to stand around for ages when more registers could be opened.

This location has lost my business, permanently. In addition to the 20+ checkout lanes that are frequently not open, the store shelves here look like my 15 month old organized them. That is if they even have anything. Many of the other photos from other reviewers were taken years ago, when this was still a good store.
During my most recent visit, I needed only bath tissue and paper towels. Guess I should have gone to Kroger instead. Or Walmart. Or Tom Thumb. Or even Aldi. On top of this, my donuts and soft drink were placed upside down in the bag by the cashier, which didn’t work out well for my Krispy Kremes.
I made a formal complaint about this location months ago, but apparently the management team simply doesn’t care.

Who knew you could get in trouble while buying groceries and publicly shamed by a Target employee for not seeing a sign about the new self checkout policy. I’m sorry, I didn’t see your sign, but I had my disabled daughter with me and she likes to do the self checkout. Please please be kind, you never know what someone else is going through. Thanks for ruining our day.

Worst customer service, they were rude and declined to honour price match, even after showing them their price match policy online the manager Jason kept on arguing that it's at their discretion to match the price or not. Had to call and complain about them at their corporate customer service number

I'm from CA and I immediately noticed how wide the aisles are in the TX store I visited. It is a lot easier for me and my mother who is getting on in years (90) to navigate the store.
