This was my first visit to sport clip and did not have good experience at all. Charged me for MVP service and received no shampoo, hot towel, or any neck or shoulder massage. Also she finished my hair cut in merely 10 minutes and did very bad job. No cleaning nothing . No precision cut in neck line and hair line. Never going back to any sport clips.

Sad that Rosa retired but Lin is amazing, funny, kind, fun and #1 hairstylist.
She cuts amazing I would recommend her to give you a haircut.

Excellent visit during my first ever visit there. On my 2nd visit I got the same great treatment. Tip. Use the app to sign in then check in when you arrived. Saved me from a 20 min wait.

We had two experiences at this Sports Clips. My son received an excellent haircut, BUT he does not want to go back because he was uncomfortable with the way the stylist treated him (my son is 12 and she treated him like a 5 year old.) For a $22 haircut, we will choose to go elsewhere.

I have been going here for a few months now and have had a great experience each time. I use the app to schedule ahead.I started bringing my two sons, 7 and 12, and we all get our hair cut at the same time.My 12 year old has been really hard to deal with his hair before because he likes his bangs really long, over his eyes. I used to cut his hair myself until it became too much of a pain in the...This is the second time I brought him to this location and his hair looks great, we can see his face and he didn't complain at all. Super cool :)Now the three of us go, we are in and out in a reasonable amount of time, then we go for lunch afterward. It's a fun bonding experience and I look forward to it.I got the MVP with the shampoo and hot towel and massage and it is a amazing and a great value. It makes me feel like a million bucks.I've had a few of the different ladies cut my hair and they have all been fantastic.The only downside is during games the TV volume is cranked up and if it is empty in there the noise bounces a lot and it can be a little overwhelming, lol. But no big deal, adds to the energy.I highly recommend!

Convenient location for us & Rosa gets 5 stars for always excellent haircuts and professional service. I'm leaving a 1 star review for the online check-in feature that is a must if you dont have an hour to wait. But it has it flaws and gives incorrect wait times. The staff has even bumped us on the wait list due to high volume of customers requesting first available. Whats the point of making a reservation if your just going to bump people. Not happy tonight with the managers decision to bump us and not using the online appointment correctly.

If I could leave a 0 I would. I checked in at my appointed time and still had to wait 30 Min and when I asked how much longer and wast that I did not check in when I know I did. The lady’s that work there took people before me even throw I was next on deck . Is it because I am a women I hope not . I felt overlooked and told them to take me off the board and do u know what they said ( ok bye)The lady’s that work there really need to work onCustomer Service Big Time . I feel sorry for he owner your people suck
