Was dispatched to this location to pick up a load going to Pennsylvania. Broker called for an ETA. i was 3 minutes out when I got here, and they said that shipping had left.
Disrespectful and try to burn your time.
It's definitely a place to avoid.
But your milage may be better.
Dock doors are easy to get into, so that has that.

Everytime you come here they all got only one response the load isn’t ready yet, it would take them 4-6 hrs to get it ready even after your appointment. Atleast ready the load on appointment

If you are African America avoid applying or working for this company. This company does not believe in diversity the Hispanics out number all other ethnicities. In the shipping department there is a mother, son and father working together. If you speak up regarding safety violations or unethical work practices management and other workers will retaliate against you and it's pointless to speak to Raina in HR. She will tell you that she will conduct a thorough investigation but, how can an investigation be conducted if all parties are not interviewed. Management and HR are in cahoots with one another therefore; voicing your concerns as the employee who is speaking up is reprimanded.

Thanks for your attention, they loaded me up in less than half an hour. I had my appointment at 1:00 p.m. I arrived at 10:30 a.m. ..very little space to spend the night in the place there 4 ramps that do not have a curtain there you can stay the night if a Home Depot is not nearby

This place truly sucks!!! My 1st time here wad a 2pm appt, they say it wont be ready till 7pm and for me to leave and come back. So i came back at 7pm and still wasn't loaded till 10pm. Now im here again lol, 2pm appointment again, they say will call to get a dock when ready. 6pm now and still waiting. There will be no 3rd time, never again, these people make me sick how they treat drivers making us sit all day, dirty smelly port a potty outside for truckers. No respect at all.

!! DON’T COME TO THIS COMPANY !!I having a very bad experience with this company and the behavior of the employee ( Erick Ordonez) is rude too.I wait for 5 hours for getting dock for load and then again wait for loading. Please avoid this company .

You will be sorry you came here. Make sure to bring some tasty lunch with you because you’ll be here for awhile. I checked in an hour early thinking they will call me & it’s already been 3 hours without a door yet there was other Mega carriers who got a door before I did even tho I got here before they did. Good luck Coming to this place.

Pickup experience has been hit-or-miss, though mostly miss.As of this writing, truck parking is no longer allowed on Martinez; this place still requires you to walk inside to check in, so you'll have to park illegally for a few minutes, I guess.They had me drive to a truck stop a few miles away to wait for a dock assignment, but that was over 4 hours ago and I still haven't docked.

I am conflicted while writing this review.The first time I was here a few months ago I had a HORRIBLE experience. Apt. was for 2pm, did not get a door until 8:30pm and was not finished loading until right before they closed. Extremely rude, non-caring and unprofessional management.Today however I arrived early at 1:30pm for a 4pm apt. and immediately was given a door. Management was still the same though, didn’t seem to be in a rush or care at all and were rude and short worded. Not sure when they will start loading as there are other trucks waiting in line, but so far my 2nd time here is a night and day difference from the first time.Parking is still horrendous though, you have to park on the side of Martinez st. to stay out of the way of traffic. But when you’re backing up you need to use the whole street which can block up traffic both ways.Come here at your own discretion!!!
