I am so glad I switched to quality care pharmacy. I can call and talk to an actual person. If I need a refill, they can just fill it. It might take 20 minutes instead of the 3 days Walgreens needs.

I am so thankful I made the switch from a chain pharmacy to here. I've had none of the issues I've previously run into. I have complex health issues but it hasn't been a problem in the least. At other pharmacies I've been laughed at by staff for having to take the medications I do but I can't change that when I have a rare disease among other health conditions. I always feel welcome here and love that I can send a message, keep up with refills, etc through their app.

These guys are great! They are always willing to work with you plus I always prefer to support small business whenever possible. But the real secret is that they can get your medications even when nobody else in town can. Shhhhhh!!

Quality Care Pharmacy is a great place to use. I called in a compound, and they had it ready in 4 hours. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking.

Super helpful staff! My mom came up for visit and forgot her medication. QCP helped her get ahold of her doctor to get a weeks supply.

I absolutely love Quality Care Pharmacy in Wylie! They are by far the best pharmacy in Wylie. They are very personable, friendly, and fast. They get to know you. They don't treat you as another number. They treat you as a person and with respect. If you haven't used them, you need to give them a try. You will see what I'm talking about.

I really like small businesses and patron them when possible. I really also loathe CVS and its ilk, and a place like this is the complete opposite in the best possible way.They are very knowledgeable which is extremely nice. I can trust what they tell me and I can talk to the pharmacist without any excessive wait.Speaking of which, you can get in and out very quickly, unlike the exceptionally slow bigger businesses out there.They take care of insurance and stuff with no problems. I have had zero bad experiences in the last several years and am a big fan for sure.They are also actually friendly and welcoming.The only issue you may run into is if you need to use those oddball coupon-cards which are not insurance that you can pick up at varying locations or print out. Or if you need to pay cash for expensive prescriptions and have to shop around using various online pricechecker tools. In that case you might have to go to one of the awful other big places for that particular script, but I would definitely not let this dissuade you from using QC as much as possible.

I was fortunate to find a local pharmacy to support, instead of the Corporate Box stores... Craig & his staff's service is Excellent! Easy to use App & same if not better price than Kroger. Highly Recommend!

There is a CVS less than one mile from my house, a Walgreens less than 2. I drive almost 20 minutes to get to this pharmacy and it is worth it EVERY TIME. Not only does this place make you feel like a human being, and fills prescriptions faster than anywhere I’ve ever seen, but it’s actually faster for me to drive 20 minutes, get my prescriptions, and drive back home than it is for me to go to a closer pharmacy. And I don’t mean by a little bit. It’s faster by a LOT. It also has antibiotics others pharmacies don’t because it’s a compounding pharmacy. My kid had strep and I looked EVERYWHERE—this place was the only one with her medicine. Definitely worth the drive.

I'm not sure about y'all, but going to the pharmacy can be such a chore. I swear half the time you show up and either the doctor didn't send it, insurance is being ridiculous or the pharmacy is out of the meds. Today, after spending the morning at the surgery center for my husband, I walked in to Quality Care and the doctor sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. Without skipping a beat, they jumped in the phone, had the prescriptions backed out and transfered to Quality Care Pharmacy. It was so quick and painless. I needed someone to take the wheel after the day I had. The best part is that I didn't have to ask. These people are wonderful and friendly. I'm sold as a customer for life. Thank you so much.

This Pharmacy experience is outstanding! Craig and his team are always accommodating, helpful and easy to communicate with. Even helping us get other options from our doctor when the prescribed medication was very expensive with insurance. This has been our go to pharmacy for years and will continue to be for many more!
