If you call a business and it rings more than 12 times and get no recording it's a waste of time and clearly shows they either don't care or are arrogant. Or both.

Been buying victor dog food from here for 10+ years, hubby accidentally got the wrong type Wednesday before thanksgiving. The bag had a big hole he did not notice before getting home but he already opened it, I noticed it was the wrong one. So i packed it all back up in original bag. Taped up the hole and returned for the correct formula. Talk about unfriendly young men at the counter! They did not think there was anything wrong with an holes in product (they claim they have no rats). .. really in a feed store? Did not offer me a refund for the price difference, i had to ask for it. Shopping elsewhere from now on.

Went in looking for food that would not upset my pups stomach and they recommended a high protein food that worked when nothing else had. They also gave me samples of some other kinds to try... great place and is now the only place I will buy my pet supplies.
