This Camp experience was when I was 10 which was 4 years ago and it was horrible the coach was awfully rude to the children and would often say “This is the last time I'm doing camp y'all are horrible children.” To keep in mind there was a range of 5 - 10-year-olds and the coach shouldn't have been saying that honestly. Our group had counselors and they weren’t very nice to prove that, one of the counselors asked me what kind of horse that was as she pointed to a horse, and was trying to teach us the different breeds of horses. I couldn't quite understand so the counselor blew off at me for not even knowing this horse breed can you believe that!!One time that week I left my phone behind when I was leaving the camp to go home. I left it at the building where you cool off and these counselors decided to take pictures on my phone while I was gone and thought it was funny to touch other people's stuff. If I hadn't come back, I wouldn't have gotten my phone back because the counselors would have been too busy goofing around with my phone to not even give a parent a heads-up that someone's phone was missing. I will not be coming back to this camp it was an awful experience and I hope those counselors get fired.

NTEC is by far, the best barn we have trained at. The whole staff is awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable, kind and great at what they do. It has a family feel, which we love, and we couldnt be happier. More importantly, our daughter loves it there, and she adores her coach, Zainab Shah, and so do we ! Highly recommended!

Best barn in North Texas. Big stalls, great feed, 5 arenas (3 being outdoors), friendly environment for all ages and competitive training staff. Grooms and owners live on the property which makes it very safe too. Pricing is very reasonable. I've been riding here for 10 years and love it. I highly recommend it.

The people at NTEC are first class. I began taking lessons there 2 years ago. In that time I have come so far. I have Kai Handt to thank for finding me two wonderful horses and helping me begin my dressage journey.

Arrived for our first lesson on a Sunday afternoon....no-one at office.. no one around except other riders...ask a rider, young man, where we were suppose to go. He directed us thru two barns to our instructor. She was nice , a little rough. but nice. She told our daughter to go pick a hat. What?! We had NEVER ridden english and had no idea what we were suppose to be looking for. But we picked one, which ended up being to big. She had our daughter get on, now our pony looked like a underfed old barely able to stand older pony. I felt very sorry for the little thing. We were lead around the entire barn area twice...then taken to the covered arena , where another lesson was being conducted and I think we intruded. After about 3 times around our instructor told our daughter that she had another student and she needed to get off. I was very very put off from this experience. I guess the western world is a little more friendly....or perhaps I chose the wrong English place for our first lesson. Needless to say I canceled our camp reservation. I think I can do as well as they did. I do NOT recommend this place.

If you are serious on equestrian disciplines like Dressage and Jumping, have the mind set, strength, power, fortitude, patience, discipline and respect to take lessons seriously to be great on this very difficult sport then you come to NTEC and train with Olympian athlete and trainer Master Kai Handt, no shortcuts.... sweat and blood. If you also just want to try a good horse and learn to casual ride you can do it to. Is up to you...Absolute best.

“...horses are turned out three times per week weather and paddock conditions permitting.”If you don’t know what’s wrong with that statement, you have no business in the horse industry.

Brought my daughter for a lesson. No one working here was wearing a mask except one stable hand as far as I saw. There were lots of people grouped together without masks. The person doing my daughter's lesson wasn't wearing a mask, nor the girl assisting. Will not be coming back. Oh, and the lady who did the lesson was very rude because we were 4 mins late. I realize that cuts into my daughter's lesson, and that's totally fine. But it was not necessary to be that rude about it. She did not assist with tacking, had a you g girl do it, which would have been fine. But she didn't fully know what she was doing so it took way longer than it should have.

None of the employees that we saw were wearing masks. The lady who did our daughter's lesson was rude because we were 4 minutes late. No one was distancing. All together left a bad taste in our mouth. Will not be going back.

They advertise that masks are required, except when you're on the horse riding. However, when I took my daughter today for her lesson, no one working there was wearing a mask. Many students and their parents were also not wearing masks. This is not ok with me. Her trainer wasn't wearing a mask, neither was the young girl assisting her. Not only that, the trainor was very rude to us when we got there. We were 4 minutes late. I understand that's gonna cut into my daughter's lesson. That's totally fine, but her attitude was totally unnecessary. She's still getting paid. She also left the young girl to tack the horse. By young girl, I mean she was around my 9 yr old daughter's age. Possibly a few years older. She didn't fully know what she was doing, so all of this took much longer than it needed to. Will not be returning, and definitely don't recommend it.

I payed for 10 lessons (for my daughter), she loved the first couple of lessons but soon she kept complying that she didn’t want to go, so I canceled a lesson. When she finally bared the last lessons she told me that she did not like her coach, she said she was quite rude and mean. In my opinion the ranch was very confusing and hard to navigate through, last thing is, my daughter came to ride a horse... what she rode was a pony. ? Quite disappointing...I would not come here again, will find a better ranch.
