I went in for a question about my various lines and the possibility to switch my phone with a cracked screen. The young lady that served me answered all my questions well and politely. She was very informative and gave recommendations based on my needs, not the prices.This location is quiet and very convenient whenever I go to Wal-Mart next door. It's a clean location and they upkeep it well.Great service, products and location ?

If I could give NO stars I would. Terrible service... Defective and they are cheating people by selling used phones as new. I called METRO PCS and they said that phone had already been activated before. Go to the Sachse better..

I came in today to buy my dad a phone for Father’s Day. The person who welcomed me in was Ali. His customer service was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming and answered the many questions I had about the phone. He also explained the differences between devices and made a great recommendation. My dad loved his phone and I will definitely come back to visit this store if I need anything in the future!
