The staff person in the store worked hard to find just the perfect fit, and even stayed a half hour past closing to get me the best deal. I’d highly recommend this place. I’m so excited about getting my new Purple (brand) king split adjustable bed!

We had a fantastic experience yesterday at Mattress Firm with our service expert Mo. Mo asked all the right questions to make sure our purchase was exactly what we needed. The process was smooth and wonderful, and had us out within an hour of starting.Being in customer service for a long time myself, one key thing that stood out to us was at checkout. A customer walked in and Mo referred to them as a guest. That’s a strong statement for those in retail because we truly think of our customers as a guest when they enter our building.Absolutely loved that! Keep up the great work and looked forward to a long relationship with Mo and the team there.

Always get amazing service at mattress firm! I highly recommend coming here! You get your needs met. It isn't about money but it's about quality of life! I couldn't stand sleeping on those beds in a box they're not comfy! But at mattress firm they have a variety! I was in an accident in 2019 and I was able to find a bed that best suits my injury! And I'm thankful for that! Thank you!!!! The best customer service as well! They explain everything to you! No hidden nothing! They want you to leave happy!
