Helped us with an emergency and saved our guinea pig. The doctor and staff were all very caring and compassionate. Our 5 yr old guinea pig survived her sickness and now active and looking healthy. Would highly recommend this place.

Dr.Lamplin & Tammy were AMAZING with my Shiba Inu! They listened to all my concerns and they were both so patient and informative. Very grateful!

This place used to be great. They have given me the run around for a couple of years now. They used to care about animals. They only care about their pockets now. What started as a simple procedure has now been three years of my pet being a cash cow for them with no resolve. They finally said they needed to check something, that I was asking for two years ago, recently. They’ve never responded to what type of test it is. They literally just want to take my money again and not provide help for my pet in any way shape or form. Shame on this company. There are special places in hell for people that run business in this manner.

When I found this vet it was such a relief in Wylie. Same day appointment and they were very happy to see us. Since then it has slowly changed and now appts are slow and there are mandatory things that have to be done to get the service I want. Recently we spent almost 500 to get caught up on a normal visit. Called today and we are due for the 500 visit again or they won’t see the dog. Time to change vets one more time.

On Monday, October 23, I had to make the difficult decision to put my 16-year-old Chihuahua to sleep. I have to say that I didn't know about this place. I was trying to find something close to home. I searched on Google and took a chance on this clinic.
All the staff have been wonderful; I am returning with my dog's ashes and they have surprised me with a card of comforting and beautiful words. I also have to say that the price seemed quite fair to me, for being the first and only time being there. There, if I have another pet in the future I will not hesitate to return to this clinic.

I’m so glad I switched to this place for vet services. They always handle my dog with great care and take the time to explain everything to me in detail. Today my dog was so nervous before her visit but then she left the room smiling! So grateful for you guys :)

We have been going here for YEARS. Last week when my pet was passing they were VERY RUDE on the phone and wanted to charge me for all kinds of tests and annual shots. She had literally days of life left. They made me feel like all they care about is how much money they can bleed from their customers. Very uncompassionate. When I contacted them in a private message, they READ the comments but didn't even bother to say sorry, or ask for more detail or ANYTHING. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS FACILITY AND WILL NOT BE BACK.
