I came to get balloons for my sons birthday and no one was at the station but Lawerence walked by and called someone by the time the other employee helped the client he was with Lawerence not only helped me fill the balloons even though it wasn’t his department and talked to my kids threw was so happy easy going and welling to help ! He made my sons birthday party and our day without even knowing it you need to promote him and hire more people life him !!! THANK YOU LAWERENCE FOR YOUR KINDNESS!!!

As I walked into this store I got very excited. This isn’t your average Kroger. They have clothes, cosmetics, house wares etc. it reminds me of an HEB. I was prepared to drive back here from an hour away…….until, I had to wait in a ridiculous long line to check myself out. I thought about just leaving my basket and walking away but then decided it would be longer to go somewhere else and probably do the same thing. Spend some money on some cashiers please (it will save in the long run) and have more than 4 self checkouts open. Do better

I’m feeling like I’m back in the pandemic. Kroger totally canceled my last order. Not sure if that had anything to do with the fact that I had $35 worth of coupons that expired that night. Tonight they’re 30 minutes late so I sit here in the heat waiting….

The FLOWER department employee are so Rude
They don’t even care about their customers to help them.
Whenever we ask for to make a flower bouquet they never even listen to you
Very Very Disrespectful and Rude I’ll never Flowers to this location again in my life ????
They need to change there employees or teach them some manners

Great fresh seafood and meats. Moderately priced and a large selection of groceries. There's also a bulk section that sells spices, coffees, nuts and honey. The service is great, which seems to be rare nowadays. Also has good selection of beers and wines.

Parents of students; beware of your kid shopping at this Kroger before 5:00 pm. The security guard of this shift will cause problems. Story from my kid: The first time they shopped in the store, they experienced no problems. However, the 2nd time around, the grown security guard was apparently cussing out the kids and swearing to god that he’d call the cops, and without a given cause. I was also told that they witnessed the security guard cussing out another kid in a heated argument, and he was threatening to hurt the kid after his shift. It just amazes me that a store so populated with young ones are hiring such unprofessional and dangerous workers. I have doubts with letting my kid shop at this Kroger ever again.

8 p.m. on a Wednesday night a basket full of groceries with my family and no one in the entire building although I’ve seen four employees walking around has the capability of checking us out. We were told No when asked if someone could check us out so we wouldn’t have to unload all these groceries by ourselves at the self check out.
Unbelievable and unacceptable. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had here, and I’ve been shopping here for five years. Not sure if I will be back. I just felt disrespected and unimportant… Like I should be grateful for a chance to shop, rather than Kroger being grateful for my business.

The Kroger on 544 near Wylie high school seems to be well attended. My thoughts are that their produce is fresher than most. Perhaps they manage their inventory well and have a good supplier. You may purchase more items than usual for the home & kitchen as well.

I have been coming here for a very long time. The store I have no complaints on, no place is perfect but it meets my needs as far as sales and having what I need. But there is a cashier ( Julie ) who is so rude and condescending I am about ready to just stop shopping here . I ALWAYS end up at her register somehow and I have tried very hard to be extra nice to her in case she's just having a bad day. But enough is enough. She must have A LOT of bad days. Someone really should explain to her about courteous behavior to customers because I leave here every time feeling like I must have dirt on my face or something because shes so hateful to me. ? Smile it doesn't hurt I promise.
