They're starting to systemically replace people who speak English and can actually help you with people who can't speak English and when I cover their face in every way possible and look down at you and talk down to you in a different language

Michelle was fantastic helping us through a challenge with our Kohls credit card. We were visiting from out of state and continued to have challenges ringing up multiple times, eta but through it all Michelle was wonderful and was patient and kind. She made our trip lovely.
