Michelle was fantastic helping us through a challenge with our Kohls credit card. We were visiting from out of state and continued to have challenges ringing up multiple times, eta but through it all Michelle was wonderful and was patient and kind. She made our trip lovely.

Came here today to exchange a few things. The lady at customer service was great. I think her name is Patty. (: She went above and beyond to help me with my exchange. Very friendly and patient. I left here today in such a great mood. Thank you guys.
